  Everyone was so very nice here! Went to open a new checking and savings account and they made it extremely easy to do so! The lady (Roxy) even offered to make my deposit for me, which I politely declined but it just goes to show the lengths the employees here are willing to go through to make your visit as effortless and enjoyable as possible!

  Since I signed ups few months ago, everyone at the bank has been polite; however, I have NEVER had a bank that has so many problems. The ATMs are often not functioning and the mobile banking app is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS down. I have been multiple places and my card gets declined because the system is down even though I have money. It’s a problem that never gets fixed and I have to call at least once a week to try to figure out the issue. When the system is down, I often can’t use my card at all or even open the app. I’m seriously going up to the bank today to probably close my account. I’m tired of dealing with this for months now. It’s pretty annoying when you’re at a gas station needing gas or at a restaurant with you girlfriend and your card gets declined knowing you have plenty of money. I am beyond upset.

  I cannot say enough GREAT things about Alliance Credit Union and Krisha Sauceda. In the short 3 years I have banked with them they have helped approve me for two personal loans to tackle my debt by offering lower interest rates and affordable monthly payments along with refinancing my vehicle at a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. I would not use anyone else other than Krisha or Alliance CU.

  I would not recommend using Alliance for your mortgage. I refinanced my home with them. They defaulted on paying my homeowner's policy premium after collecting the money from me at closing. I paid the premium out of my own pocket to keep the policy from lapsing. A full month after closing and almost two weeks after paying the premium on my own, they pass the blame to the company they promptly sold my mortgage to. I feel this conduct is unethical, immoral, and quite possibly illegal.

  I applied for a loan and was wonderfully treated everyone was so courteous and helpful. Camie who assisted me with the loan was super nice and took great strides to help me. I’m so appreciative of Alliance and staff.
