  Slowest bank ever. Monday morning. End of the month. one. teller. and three managers on duty. and the teller keeps re-counting the money and getting different numbers. Clearly, she doesn't know how to count.

  What kind of bank will not verify funds for a check from a customer if you don't have an account with them either in person or over the phone! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

  They don't have this branch staffed for customer service. Drive thru is never open. No one answers the phone. Poorly Managed.

  One person working. Other 4 cashiers just laughing and having fun. Being on line for 25 minutes with less than 5 people waiting when I came

  Worse service ever, can way to change to another bank. More than 20 people in line and keep coming and only 3 cashier and 4 windows empty. This is like that everything time I come here. But nothing I see before banks this big crumbling to the ground before.

  Worst customer service!! Representative doesn't care of customers. They take the customers if they knew them well from back side and they skip people by looking at the name of the person. Everytime we visit it's different rules!! Corporate Bank Of America needs to do something!!

  How come I can not deposit cash in my dad account? Is the first time that I hear that to make a deposit of someone else account has to be a check or money order. Very poor service.
