      This place is the most inconvenient ever... the atm never accepts cash deposits, like what is that. This is the only bank that has this issue... after hours I would like to deposit money and arts like a hit and miss if the atm is working to take cash deposits smh. I’m really about to stop banking with these people!!!

      Bad location customer service is terrible left me high and dry without money or debit card after atm took it 10 min after they close I address 2 employees that was in a rush to go home and not help me out I had no money or my card at this point told me to come back tmrw morning security even gave me attitude for a bit then he calmed down and talked to me like a normal person I work 5 days a week it’s hard enough to go to the bank but to be left with out money and a card and not even care about a customer needs is why I might need to leave this bank if it wasn’t for the phone service td bank has I would say this bank sucks but customer service on the phone is usually helpful way more than this branch

      I understand wanting to protect your staff during Corona virus, but sitting in line for over an hour is ridiculous. I cannot fathom why it is taking so long to process a transaction. 10 cars ahead of me in 2 lines. I have to assume you only have 1 person inside.

      A store supervisor Justin L. Robbins ID 1219376 is so unprofessional and rude. He refused to open a business account. I had all documents from IRS and asked Him to explain me why it's not possible to open an account but he just answered "It's time to leave". I had to open an account in another TD store

      I called and spoke to a manager who said her name was tianna. She was very unhelpful. And as an over 2year customer of TD bank she did not make me feel like a family. She was cold and rude. I gave her all the information needed to obtain my account info and still she made it uneasy and I was unable to receive the information i need to obtain for my records. I called back and spoke to a different rep and gave the exact same information and i was able to get the desired information i needed, which furthermore lead me to see that tianna was being spiteful. Every person i have ever came in contact with at the kirkman location has been sweethearts. This lady is a very insincere manager and the corporate team should definitely take that into consideration.

      Was charged a service fee for an account that I do not use. I was able to close the account with ease and TDBank reimbursed the fee. Thank you for understanding. I would use this bank if I ever needed a new account in the future and will continue using TDAmeritrade.

      The manager at this branch is a self serving douchebag and got an attitude when i asked about a fee. I called corporate and they were willing to negotiate. Will be closing my account after my taxes come in and banking with Simple and T Mobile's Mobile Money instead as they have no fees

      Just bad deposited a check using the app and it took 10 days to clear. Call customer service an they said next time use atm or counter an it will clear next day. Just deposited my 401k loan chk from mass mutual an once again check is on hold i paid 120 to fast track my check now i got to wait an have bills to pay.

      Worst customer service bank in Orlando Staff is unprofessional and have the worst attitude. Waited 2 hours to open account and no one even care. All employees not doning anything and the manger even told me of you like to open account today we done have time come back tomorrow. Total joke.
