  Nicole Johnson is an absolute gem to work with and a subject matter expert in the mortgage industry , we have worked with her twice now and she is the ultimate professional, her guidance and communication is on point and she takes the time to get to know her clients. The mortgage process can be a confusing one but she never lets you feel like your going through alone, always takes her time and is very patient in discussing and reviewing details!!!!   Nicole was great! She and her assistant Ann were both very thorough and responsive. We didn't have to play endless phone tag and I didn't have to chase them down to get a pre-approval. We really enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat!

  We are realtors and have use Susie and her team for over 10 yrs and a majority of our Buyers use her services also.
