  Chanel Rossi with Artesian Title is EXTRAORDINARY! There are many reasons she is the go-to Title person for our team but here are just a few: 1.) Sense of urgency. She has incredible responsiveness, even outside of business hours. 2.) Knowledge and expertise. She makes a highly complex process seem simple. Even when things get really messy, she finds solutions. 3.) Organization and accuracy. She's so good at her job she must be in high demand, but somehow, she stays totally on top of all the moving parts of every transaction. I feel complete trust in her ability to handle every detail correctly. 4.) Professionalism. She is great at diffusing drama and getting things done. 5.) Caring about agents and clients. She understands that our work is much more than "transactions." Buying or selling a home is a huge event in people's lives and there is a lot of money at stake - as well as intense emotion -- for everyone involved. She makes time for people and puts them at ease.   I sold a house in Dr.Phillips in 2014 and the buyer insisted on using Artesian Title.  During that sale, it was found that one of the old liens had never been released properly and the private lender from 30 years ago was long deceased.  Robert Patterson, one of the Artesian Title Attorneys, found a way to make the deal happen.  That is FAR beyond the job a title company is expected to do. When I put a house up for sale two months ago ... it was ME who was insisting that the closing be done by Robert and NONE OTHER.  That was one of my non-negotiable conditions for sale.  As luck would have it, we found a buyer and agreed on the deal, but the buyers had a series of delays in their own financing.  Before all was done, we had scheduled four different closing times, and every time, Artesian had to prepare a new set of papers including new payoff schedules, new prorations ...  the whole ball of wax.  Not only was there never a complaint from Robert and his associates, but they went after every detail, followed up on every glitch.  A deal that should have been a nightmare became a pleasure. Artesian is centrally located and convenient for people from all parts of town.  The parking in front is a little difficult, but there is plenty of parking at the rear of the building.  The interior of their offices are absolutely beautiful.  Forget about closings, it is worth a visit just to see what interior decorating ought to look like.  However, none of that matters without the people.  Erica is the person I know best over there.  Smart as a whip, competent, relentless as to detail, sure, but she is also friendly and personable and she really does care about her customers.  A sheer pleasure to work with.  I met no one else in that office that I would describe otherwise.   I am indebted to Artesian for enabling two sales which might have failed without their help.  It just doesn't get better than that. The best Title company in Florida, as well as Orlando!!!

  I had a closing with Artesian Title that got canceled buyer the buyer just a little over a week bf closing. Then one week later buyer changed their minds and wanted to renew contract and close. Artesian Title picked right up without any hiccups , they were able to get up back on title and we were able to close in a few days.   We thank Attorney Daniel Giaquinto and his team for their professional expertise and were very pleased with everyone's services.
