  She was the best costumer service I ever received. Always helpful and has a polite personality. She deserves all the raises and benefits that you can offer. Will recommend all my friends to McCoy all because of this Branch Manager.

  It was a pleasure to deal with Ms. Mcrimon & her staff at the LB McLeod branch of McCoy credit union where I have been a member for over 50 years. I have alwaYS RECEIVED EXCELENT SERVICE & all the folks that I have dealt with have always been outstanding, that is why I am still a member & do almost all my banking business with them.

  Today I met a very nice Teller at McCoy Federal Credit Union, Ms. Cicily Young blood. I was amazed of the service that I received. She was a very bright, smiling and courteous teller. She didn't hesitate to help me straighten out my card for it had been locked because I couldn't remember my password. Ms. Youngblood changed everything around and gave me a Pass Code. My mind was so tangled that day but she eased my mind, made my day and sent me on my way with a smile too. I want to say Thank You to Her and McCoy federal credit union

  I had the pleasure to meet Cicily Youngblood today at the McCoy Branch. This was my 1st time going to the branch and she was so helpful and patient answering all my questions and solving my debit card problem. She is definitely an asset to the branch.

  I went into your Kirkman Rd branch earlier this week. Your McCoy app was giving me fits and making me very frustrated. I had several complicated issues regarding my 2 McCoy accounts. Cicily was very patient and knowledgeable about how to address my issues. On one very complicated issue, she was able to bring in a manager immediately for support. All my issues were resolved in about 20 minutes. Cicily has excellent customer service skills and people skills. That is very rare to see today. She is a huge asset to your credit union and us members. I just hope you appreciate her as much as I do. Kudos to her manager as well. Both top notch people. I hope you forward this review to both of them and McCoy management.

  When I went to McCoy Federal Credit Union on 11/18/21 on LB McCoy road.I had the pleasure to talk with one of the tellers (Ciciley). She was very professional and kind. And she made sure that my visit went well and that all my needs were taken care of. I think that she is a great asset to the McCoy family. road. Up the good work.
