Kendra G5The employees who work in the accounts customer service are very nice, helpful, and friendly! They keep you updated while you wait. Aimee S. was awesome when helping my brother today. The tellers are always nice and helpful, too!
Response from the ownerThank you for being a valued Bank of America customer, Kendra. We appreciate the positive review about your experience.

Megan Wilbur5I was helped by two very friendly employees at this branch this morning, one was the initial greeter and other was a bank teller (unfortunately I forgot to get their names). It was my first time getting a cashiers check and they helped me through It. Overall very quick and painless process!
Response from the ownerHello Megan. Thanks for letting us know how helpful our team was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^tasha

Brent Kristin1Made me wait in line for tenty minutes then tell me to take a seat and waited 10 more minutes to verify a check. Then stand in line even longer AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT BANK HERE. Ashley is also one of the rudest people in customer service I've ever experienced. I've never been made to stand around and jump thru hoops just to cash a check at any B. O. A. Lansing braches, no issues. This branch is sketchy and uppity. Now I'm late. This is a horrible location. Poorly ran.

Aaron P1I'd leave zero stars if I could. If any Bank of America customers are tired of being treated poorly I'd recommend where I get my banking done KeyBank, prompt service, friendly people "basically across the street". The staff at this Bank of America location always seem too busy to take care of their customers. The shame is that I've heard Bank of America is a great bank from friends, but they use the Ann Arbor location. It absolutely blows my mind to see 12+ customers in line and one teller working (this oddly enough is a regular thing for this location). I was approached by this goofy gentleman that I hope isn't the branch manager after waiting nearly 30 minutes to be seen today; he wanted to know if he could do anything to help me...essentially asking me to use the ATM, I explained that I'm not a customer and that I was depositing money in the a business account. I proceeded to ask if it's normal for them to be so understaffed in the front of house while so many people are waiting, literally there was a gentleman laying his face on the counter while waiting....his explanation was that they are a busy location "makes a bunch of sense to say that in response to asking why they are seemingly understaffed" . The irony is that I saw 3+ Bank of America employees standing around doing nothing while all of these customers were waiting patiently. I called back to get the name of the branch manager and to inquire about the horrible service, but of course in line with the horrible service they were too understaffed to pick up the phone. I absolutely will be making a complaint with their corporate office.

Rene Donor1The worst experience and branch. I have had several complaints about this branch and have stayed quiet. However, after my experience today, I can no longer stay quiet. Bank of America you need to step up and hold this branch accountable. The service here is terrible. Not just a one time experience either. I have had several situations and family members have shared with me their horrible experiences. It’s time I find another bank.

Kahlen Duffany1Ask for a sheet of checks in order to set up direct deposit and the banker was telling me that’s not a thing and that I meant a cashier’s check. Nope never again coming here! She also said she can only give sheets of checks for new accounts? That she would order me a box. No, not what I need.

Daniel Schmidt1Good thing you pay for a security guard at the door to check for masks...how about you get the ATM machine to work instead. How about more ATM machines since you shut down the drive thru because of covid. BoA is the absolute worst. I will be closing my business account and going to Lake Trust instead.

Tom Mardeusz1Quite a shame. A showcase of a lack of customer service when the branch only operates part time. Phone directions are not helpful and calling other branches gets no help but further run around.

Todd Schultz1This is the slowest moving bank I’ve ever been to. Bank of America continues to close locations and the one that is open somewhat close to me is ran horribly! It’s Friday afternoon and they only have one teller open. It’s like this every single week! I’m looking for a new bank as we speak!
