  Ross Mortgage gave me the opportunity to buy my first home. Danielle came highly recommended by my agent and I was not disappointed. Danielle was always available to talk about any questions or concerns, the whole office runs like a well-oiled machine, and everything was incredibly clear in terms of what was needed from me to complete the process. I had no trouble getting multiple offer letters ready quickly when we bid on a few homes before snatching up our perfect home. They moved through the closing process quickly and were responsive even to all my anxious first-time-buyer questions. Danielle was there at my closing to point out and explain important documents, and to point me in the right direction for what to do afterwards. We move in next week! And it is a comfort to know I still have these guys as a resource moving forward with any questions. I cannot recommend them enough, they have a customer for the long haul!

  Danielle and her team are top notch! I've gone with them on my last three houses and have not been disappointed. Very upfront with you and tell you exactly what is needed. At closing, the title company's are always surprised that all the paperwork is there and in order, days in advance. Don't go with your bank, go with Danielle and Ross mortgage. You won't be disappointed.

  Eric Ensley handled our loan for us and was awesome! My husband and I didn’t know the first thing about getting a home loan let alone a VA loan. Eric worked fast and efficiently for us and kept in touch regularly even though we began the process right before Christmas! We recommend him highly, especially, to veterans and their families.

  We were referred to Jason by our realtor. I called him and he was prompt to answer the call and seem knowledgeable. He did reach out through email and provided me information on how to get stated. I felt this was going to be great experience. I sent a communication back and never heard from him. My realtor reached back out to him for help and he called me right away. We started the process. When I tried to get updates, it was like pulling teeth. Could not get them. Once again, the communication stopped. When I did reach Jason, he was rude and short. Made me feel like it was a big inconvenience. He should have said he did not want to take us on us a client. Finally, when we heard back the verdict of our mortgage once again rude and short. I know he was trying to help us out but, people like communication and someone that is not short or rude. Others may have their opinion but this is how my experience went with him. We ended going with another company that was very helpful.
