  I had the extreme pleasure of having Tina Martinez as my Consultant in aiding me opening up my new checking & savings accounts today. Tina Martinez was the epitome of professionalism, courteous, informative, entertaining….just a pleasure to work with someone of her character & demeanor! KeyBank…you have a wonderful treasure with Tina on your staff! Tina than you again for making what could have been a stressful situation anything except!

  Rudest tellers I have ever experienced at a bank! Repeatedly rude. Lazy and they don't want to do their jobs. Every time I have called they have said they cannot help me and I need to call the 800 number on my card. What is their job then???

  they might as well get a child to work there..useless. no help. not very friendly either, just got off the phone with someone there and she was getting testy about me asking simple questions about my account. not acceptable.

  Charge $10 to cash their check? Ridiculous.

Even in cases where the check written out is by a KeyBank client, we have to charge a small fee to the recipient cashing the check if they do not have an existing relationship with KeyBank. If you do cash KeyBank checks consistently, we’d recommend opening an account with us and establishing a relationship.
