Kevin Cullinane1Why would anyone use BOA? I've tried to call to see if anyone was there and they hung up on me. It shouldn't be difficult to find a location that has people in it for a bank.

S George1I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have yet to receive even decent customer service. Again, this morning, I went in to simply cash a check. There were 3 tellers. One was waiting on a customer. One was shooting the breeze with a customer after his transaction was complete, and was was counting cash. None of them greeted me. No one was ahead of me in line. The one shooting the breeze continued to just chat away the time. The one counting cash continued to count. After waiting for approximately 5 minutes I walked out without service and will never go back to this bank location again. I would rather drive out of my way. It's too bad this rating scale won't allow zero stars.

Jeff Dixon1If zero were an option, I would give them zero. I understand the Covid situation, but closed dates seem to rotate...M-T one week, so I go on Th, now closed Th-F. Only sign says temporarily closed. National office doesn't know they are closed, other branches will not answer a phone. Need an appointment to enter, but can't set up online, and no one will answer. Total disgrace that they got billions in tax money for a bailout and perform this poorly.

Denise Rice1I have tried for 3 days to contact someone by phone to ask a simple question. I have called at 9am when they open, in the middle of the day, towards the end of the day. They never answer their phone. I can't believe that no one works at the bank or that I can't leave a message. I'm prepared to move my business elsewhere at this point. I have found that Commerce and US Bank actually answer their phones and I don't even have an account with them. They are willing to help me even without my account being at their bank.

Jon1Went in to get something notarized. Something which really doesn't take much time. Greeted by a nice lady who needed to check me in and see my debit card. She had to check to see if the notary was in. It was 9:29 and I was told the next time the notary would be available was 10:00. I had taken time away from work because I have difficulties getting to the bank during their 9-4 hours. I left my bank and drove to bank near by, where I was greeted, invited to sit down and within 1-2 minutes had the notarization complete, and I don't even have an account there. Maybe it is time to look for a new bank. I tried to call the bank and speak with a manager, but the recording said that no one was available to speak at this time....

Josh Flori4I have never used another bank so i dont know how they compare but in general the hours are dissapointing. I wish it was open more but you can use atm at any time. The place looks good and was recently remodeled. Staff is nice. Generally you are greeted and helped when you walk in unless the attendant is busy or who knows where. The bankers are all nice. You will almost definitely have to wait if you have to use the tellers. Especially on weekends. And definitely expect to wait for a banker in weekends if you didnt make an appointment.

Mike Ryan1Mind-numbingly slow, they always seem to have 4 or so people behind the counter and a handful of other employees strewn across the building but none of them will bother to help you. They always seem flustered by the sheer volume of work they aren't doing at the moment. You should expect to be harassed by the hostess up front asking if you want to join their various programs or specials despite telling her every day for the past few weeks that you're not interested. The only redeeming quality of this branch seems to be Garrett, he at least works hard in a sea of useless employees.

Kenneth Sandrell1Awful. 1 person on counter, 1 on drive through. I asked the manager if any way to get counter help...she told counter girl to hurry up. But, didn't do a thing to actually help. The Monday after a Friday Holliday and short staffed and a manager who would stand there watching. 30 minutes in line, and 6 people behind me and only 1 in front of me...minus the person at counter already. VERY SAD SERVICE by manager. On top of that, I made a deposit for my brother, and got charged 8.95 service fee. Where's my fee from them for LACK OF service? Very mad right now.
