  Very misleading financial institution. I got refinanced my home with them but I would not recommend them to anyone. They will charge you tons of hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR CHECKING AND SAVING: direct deposits got rejected 3 times for no reason. TOTAL WAST OF TIME

  If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Rudest tellers I have ever experienced. I asked for change for a $20, no big deal right...WRONG! The teller refused to break a bill for me because I didn't have an account at that location...seriously? It's not like I was asking to cash a check...an even exchange was it. She was so rude about it, I couldn't believe it. Will never go to a First Community Credit Union again.

  I've worked with many banks and credit unions, and First Community Credit Union is by far the best I've ever worked with. They finance my auto loan and I have two checking accounts there as well. Tia at this location is always particularly helpful and friendly!

  This branch of FCCU is my favorite. I don't care that it's inside Wal-Mart. The staff is pleasant, helpful...and you know what? Caring!! I'm going through a lot in my life right now, from a divorce after 27 years of marriage, to the humility of needing my mom and aunt to help 50+ me be able to eat and survive while the Doctor I gave my life to, drags this thing out, dates his hygienist, and won't settle. I've gone in with tears, wondering how to get a hold off sooner. They can't always solve the problem, but I'm so grateful they'll listen and give suggestions. You'll like them too.

  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR FINANCES!!! I have never in my life done business with a company as low and hateful as these people! They are ignorant, hateful, and disrespectful! Worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s just a bad company in general. Take your business elsewhere!!!

  Absolutely the kindest staff in town. I have car, credit card, personal and soon home loan. Would never go any where else. My while family uses First Community Credit Union.

  I always try to go close to home when paying my car payment. Every time I go here I have an issue with this specific location. I get a lot of "I dont know", dirty looks when I ask different questions, or not the information I was asking for at all. Its It's annoying honestly.

  They should have better customer service when it comes to paying auto loans over the phone $6.95 fee is ridicolous it shouldn't be a hassle to pay your bill

  Some people are cool,sometimes the credit union tellers are grumpy and give me a hard time cashing my check.

  Well I dont know much about any of their services because the obnoxious teller scared us off before we even got a chance to try to open a bank account. We are just going with another bank.
