  Enterprise Bank, and specifically the team at the Manchester location, truly exhibit the qualities of a partner. They've taken time to learn my business, far beyond what it would take to sell us a product. The team at the branch handles any request with professionalism, speed, and accuracy. While I've never met her in person, Kaitlyn, one of their HQ officers, knows all of the ways we can save time and money with our daily financial processes. There are plenty of great banks in the area, but the level of local touch, understanding of my business, and expertise puts them at the top of my list when I'm recommending a banking partner to friends who own or manage a business.

  I have worked with Enterprise bank for 6 years. In those 6 years, not once did they let us down with our requests. They are always helpful and courteous and bend over backwards to accommodate. I could not say enough about how good their customer service is, it is top rate. When working with Enterprise, I know I will always get the help that I need. It is just like working with a co-worker or a partner, working toward a common goal for success.

  I have banked with Enterprise Bank for over 10 years, Walter, Shawna, and the staff have always conducted themselves and represented the bank with the highest level of service and satisfaction.   I signed up with Enterprise when it merged with my bank at the time. Back then I wasn't too crazy about having to change banks yet again, so I decided to stay with Enterprise and give them a chance. Years later I am glad that I did. Enterprise has helped me out when I had identity theft troubles, and has helped me navigate software issues on my phone concerning the website. I don't go into the bank proper too often, but when I do, I have had some really strange problems. They have helped me through it all. I have nothing but good to say about the crew over there. Keep it up, Enterprise, you offer real customer service when other banks offer lip service. Thank you for that personal touch.

  Just recently I have had to conduct business with a few banks due to a death in our family. And Enterprise Bank & Trust has been so wonderful to work with. Walter Lindsey was able to handle everything that I needed done. Walter is so kind and understanding and has set the bar so high that other banks can't even compete with him. He was able to walk me through all steps that were necessary to change our accounts to a new Trustee. He was so sympathetic, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Having someone like Walter on your team is a godsend for those of us dealing with a difficult situation. I know that having someone like him representing your Bank is key in retaining business as well as obtaining new business. I have been telling friends and relatives how easy it is to work with Enterprise Bank that I hope that word of mouth helps you gain more customers.   I recently made a change and joined Enterprise Bank after my husband & I had gotten married. I have been extremely impressed by them so far! Their customer service is top notch! We have worked with Janice Howard & Walter Lindsey and they could not have been more personable and kind; thoroughly answering any questions we have had. We have been greeted by name when we have went into the bank - just such a family feel that you unfortunately don’t experience with too many businesses anymore.   In February of 2021 our family experienced a devastating medical emergency. My son-in-law was involved in a fatal head-on car accident. Thankfully he was not the fatality but his very serious injuries would take multiple surgeries and months of extensive rehabilitation to restore his health. Being the primary breadwinner and only licensed driver in the family meant his wife and 4 sons were without any income or transportation. All of our lives changed dramatically that fateful day. Fundraisers were quickly organized. Donations were made by friends, family and perfect strangers. An online Go Fund Me account was set up but we needed a bank to deposit the funds into. Thankfully Enterprise Bank and Trust was chosen for this. More specifically thankfully Jaime Oglesby was the personal banker who took care of us. Step by step she worked diligently and quickly to get this accomplished. Jaime was so helpful and knowledgeable with everything and we had the account opened in record time. She is the epitome of customer service and truly amazing person. A definite asset to Enterprise Bank-Manchester.

  I made the decision to change business accounts to Enterprise Bank a few years ago. It was a serious decision as your banking relationship can mean success or failure. It also meant changing to new checks, new paychecks, and also all the auto debits for bills. ( All things I didn’t have time to do ). I’m so grateful I made the change! Enterprise has been fantastic in every way. The advice and care from Janine and Molly has been especially helpful and personal. I’m thankful for the entire staff at the Manchester location!
