ronald castaneda1Super slow. Came in for a wire transfer, apparently only one associate can do this at this branch, was told to sit, waited over an hour to be helped, took a total of an hour and a half before I left the bank, extremely slow very disappointed

Adam Ziemba4A nice branch of BoA. The representatives are friendly, though extremely busy. It’s packed before, during and after lunch, so expect to spend here at least 20-25 minutes, perhaps more depending on your issue. There’s no clerk who checks you in for an appointment. There are parking spots around though before lunch it was hard to find a spot. There is a drive through ATM. One operated by human being, another one a machine. Accessible for people with disabilities.

Mike Rzeminski1About a month ago, I was waiting in line for 15 minutes, when I had an appointment to meet. 1 teller was there. When I finally got to the window, she was rude. Then when I made a comment about the service, she got confrontational. She called for help and 3 people rush out from the back, to include the manager. They rushed to her defense, and made me feel as though I was the problem. The excuse was that an employee was in the restroom, while it was obvious they were socializing in the back. I find it amazing they could rush to help their employee who had a disgruntled customer, but had no urgency to assist when there was a line to the door. There is a reason they have a 3.3 score on google reviews.

Anmar Zubaydi1I have hearing loss and asked the teller who was talking behind a glass wall and wearing a face mask to speak up because I couldn’t hear anything and she immediately yelled at me with attitude. Pro tip, if you’re having a hard day don’t take it on a customer, it’s bad for business.

Susan Thomas1Only 1 star because no stars were not an option! To cash a check off of their own accounts, they charge you... $8 to cash a $60 check. The wait is very long with no one in front of you. The assumptive teller was not at all friendly. Rather than waste time with a door greeter how about give some service at the teller area? How about why would it cost anyone to cash a check that is written off your bank? This is just asinine! Never will I have an account there. Your staff is not welcoming...Not at all. Stillman Parkway is the location.

harsh patel1Slowest service in history of bank transaction. I’ve been standing in line for a good 20 + minutes just to deposit a check into my vendor’s account. There are seven people waiting in line and there’s only one teller to service seven waiting people in line!!!!!!! I bank with Bank of America my personal banking needs I love their service but this branch is Worst when it comes to customer service. every time I come over here to deposit a check Into my vendors account there is always one teller. Teller is always Very friendly very well informed and very kind but Managment needs to do something to improve the overall customer service experience for this branch.

Both were extremely professional, kind, and proficient. We must also give a shout out to others in the office who were constantly all smiles and extremely personable. Fabulous branch of BoA to bank with! We are pleased!

RAVI Shah1One star is for the nice people who work here despite being put in a bad situation by the bank. Not enough tellers. The wait time is always over 45 minutes. There is also not enough parking. One would expect better from BoA but this branch is a huge let down.
