  The people that work here are very rude and unprofessional. Anytime I have a question or concern they act like it’s the end of the world and they usually do a lackluster job of helping. On several occasions I have gone into the branch physically and have told the teller to make a payment on my car or credit card, just for a notice to pop up in the mail saying I never made the payment. Of course Call Federal makes sure to point out how this was MY error and they are doing me a huge favor by correcting it. Do yourself a favor and join Virginia Credit Union. All branches handle business respectfully and professionally, the complete opposite of Call Federal.

  My experience at Call Federal is always positive, no matter which branch I visit. I primarily visit the Mayland Court location now, and previously was a regular at the Hancock Village location. All the employees are quick to respond with a smile, are very knowledgeable and helpful!

  I’ve tried others banks and they can’t compare to Call Federal Credit Union the staff greets you with a friendly smile are eager to help and knowledgeable. They have lots of products to help you with any need you have I’m sure. I’ve been a long time customer and I’m not going to another bank again! I highly recommend Call Federal Credit Union. 👍🏼

  I have had a savings account at CFCU for sometime but have only and inside to deal with some financial business on several occasions. But each time I have it’s been a very pleasant experience. The people are friendly and very helpful with explaining their services to your needs.

  Always receive excellent customer service here. Am always greeted cheerfully and the employees go the extra mile to make sure they take care of whatever I need. Am very glad I chose CALL FCU after belonging to another CU for more than 30 years. Wish I had done it sooner .

  Love this branch of Call Federal, the staff are warm and friendly and know me by name! it's great to walk into a location that you are a REAL PERSON and not just another account number. I have recommended several friends and family to them to set up accounts with the Branch Manager, Christy! Her team provides the level of customer satisfaction that is unheard of these days!

  Recently applied for a Home Equity Loan. Contact there was Colin Schoenhaut who was friendly, competent and easy to deal with. Loan rate was competitive and he took the time to explain Call's various loan products so we could select one that best fitted our needs.

  First time at the drive through at this bank last week. I normally bank at the one on Atlee. I am not sure how busy they were on the inside, but I’ve waited a solid 15mins just for the clerk to mess up my request. I asked for twenty one’s and she gave me two twenty dollar bills.. lol not sure what else I could have said to be more clear though.
