  Got a car loan from Mrs. Costello. I've been a member for 44 years. Best experience ever. This credit union is head and shoulders above any bank. Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

  This was my First Experience with HFCU. While I have heard a lot of GREAT things, I was “a bit” skeptical; it was Not a Large Nation-wide bank. I decided to Open a Checking account, then I applied for an Auto Loan. Mrs. Kathy Scott was my agent. She was a God-Sent. She made my loan process seamless, easy to understand & easy to accomplish! I Thank The Lord for agents like Mrs. Kathy Scott😇! HFCU should hire MORE like her.

  The day I went into the credit union I was really down. I was going in the next day to have surgery. I was having concerns over my budget and other concerns. A very nice lady listened patiently and intently as I explained my situation. She then gave me suggestions that I had not thought of. Within less than an hour Kathy Scott had put me at ease. I felt like I was talking to a dear friend. She sent me home with some “homework” to do and I returned with the information so we could move forward. I went into surgery the next day (thanks to the knowledge and kind ways of this wonderful lady— Kathy Scott.).with calmness that I had not had for several years. I am proud to be part of this wonderful credit union. I thank you for having people who show their skills in helping members. The warmth and help that I received from Kathy Scott will never be forgotten. I also felt much kindness from the others that I came in contact with. Kathy Scott, you will always have a special place in my heart. May God bless you in all of your endeavors!

  This bank is difficult to do business with. They declined a mobile deposit (from myself, different bank) because I didn’t designate “ for deposit only” on the back of my endorsed check. The website is a joke. Poorly designed and poor user interface. They charge a $7.95 fee to make online loan payments. There are so many other banks to choose from. Do that instead. Feels like a hassle to get your banking done here.

  Kathy Scott is AWESOME!! Kathy is someone who will get the job done!! She is phenomenal to say the least! I needed assistance with re-financing my auto loan. I ran into some obstacles but she would not let me give up. She walked me through the entire process!! She worked tirelessly to help me and always with a cheerful spirit. She is an extraordinary Assistant Branch Manager! I will ALWAYS be grateful for her outstanding service!

  I contacted this location last week with some questions regarding a pre-approval car loan my husband and I had obtained a few weeks ago from another location. I was responded to in a professional manner and my call was immediately transferred to the Assistant Manager Kathy Scott. She was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. Ms. Scott not only answered all of my questions but helped me through the whole process making it very convenient for my husband and I to finalize our paper work via email. She stayed late to ensure I could pick up the check so we could purchase the car for our daughter on that day. Ms. Scott is a true leader for Henrico Credit Union and knows how to relate to the customers' concerns with solutions that are successful! I will be referring family and friends who work for Henrico to do business with Ms. Scott and her staff at this branch. At my job we give different awards to our staff for working projects that make a difference and for going above and beyond. If Henrico county has any type of Awards program, I recommend Ms. Kathy Scott for an award for "Best Customer Service". Thanks again!!

  This credit union is the BEST! Anytime I need personal assistance with my accounts or applying for a loan these people are on it! They are quick, efficient, pleasant and courteous. Special shout out to Kathy Scott who has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of!!

  My experience at this location was everything you would expect for great customer service. With such a pleasant smile and demeanor, Kathy Scott helped me settle all of my issues concerning my deceased husband's car. She even stayed pass closing time so that all of my paperwork was correct and filed. The other staff members were also very cordial.

  Kathy Scott helped out refinancing my auto loan ! She was very diligent and answer all my questions , very responsive and went straight to the point, got it done in less than 3 days ! Thanks to Kathy for this great deal and Henrico Credit Union !
