  Really squared away at making it super easy for me to buy my second home. Reba and Erin were always on top of their game at answering any questions I had along the process. They even squared me away at everything I had to do to get my first home rented out so I could buy my dream home. As a veteran they understood everything the VA wants in order for me to get into my new home. They are the Seal Team 6 of the civilian world when it comes to real estate. I highly recommend them.

  As a first-time homebuyer, I was unsure how to start the process of getting a mortgage. Reba helped me with every step and made sure I was ready with a pre-approval letter for each offer I made.   As first-time home buyers, we was incredibly unsure of how the process went. Jessie & Brandy were incredibly helpful, and answered dozens of questions from us throughout the process. Their instructions were clear and complete and they made this such a pleasant experience. They gave us several options breaking out interest rates and monthly payments and talked us through the pros and cons of each. Would highly recommend using DCM for any home-buying needs.

  Reba helped me refinance my mortgage and student loans. I am very pleased, she got my interest rate down and also payments reduced! A double plus for me! She is very efficient, knowledgable, friendly....always responded to my (many) questions. My loan closed quicker than expected. Very pleased and would recommend her to everyone!

I was on a super tight time frame with a work relocation and they worked around the clock to make sure everything was done in time for me. It didn't matter how late at night I needed something or sent them something, I would always hear back super quick and always with a smile.   Reba was our loan officer for our first time home-buying experience. She answered all of our questions (even the ones we thought we we're dumb - which she insisted weren't which made us feel even better!), with patience and enthusiasm.
