Michelle Brosseau1The branch manager was extremely rude to a customer who walked in after me. She seemed unwilling to assist her because she didn’t have an appointment. I hope I never have to go to BOA again to conduct business. One teller doesn’t cut it for a large bank like them.

Anna Dinkins1My son lost his debit card. When we went into make a deposit, we realized the replacement card had my name on it, instead of his. Since we were already in the bank, and no one else was waiting in the lobby, we decided we would speak to a rep and try to get the matter taken care of. There were two reps working and neither was with a customer. They were just sitting in an office talking to each other. They saw me try to sign it, and told me, "We'll be with you in a minute. Just go sit in the lobby." We waited for at least 10 minutes, while they continued their discussion. Finally they wrapped it up and got up, walked past me (without saying a word), and headed to the closed door area of the bank. Finally, one of the reps came back, walked past me and said, the other girl would be with me in a minute. I knew exactly who this rep was. Her name is Peggy Ramirez. I knew her, because she has called me at home on numerous occasions wanting me to increase the business I do with BOA and asking me to come in and meet with her. So, I reminded her of who I was and told her, "You have called me on several occasions at my home, wanting me to take time out of my day to speak with you. Now, when I actually need help, you are completely disinterested in helping. Look up my account and give me a call when you decide you have time to be helpful." Then we walked out. For a bank that claims it is committed to making customers a priority, I'd say this branch and this representative leave much to be desired.

Raby Rams1The absolute worst bank anyone can get involved with ....... cashing checks that are verified to have fund available is even a problem. .. no drive through? ... what type of bank requires a person to go inside or use their machines outside only .... every single other bank I have ever been to I can drive up to a window and be helped.... every other bank that exist will allow me to cash a customers check if their funds are available . And be known.... they will not accept someone depositing cash into your account for you . They will actually turn the cash away . Not one other bank in this country comes close to the horrid of bank of America

Rachel K1DO NOT LET THIS BANK HANDLE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY A MORTGAGE! They sell out mortgages to Specialized Loan Services Llc without notifying customers! This "company" is based out of Colorado and has several lawsuits against them involving missing payments, increased rates without customer knowledge, and fraudulence. Please do your research and be cautious if this bank is handling any of your business. Would give zero stars of possible.

Stephen Roth1Not impressed at all with Bank of America. Came here today to just get added to my wife's account. Even though it wasn't really that busy, we had to wait nearly an hour. Then it was just so complicated to do anything with them. When I complained about the long wait time, the banker didn't even apologize, she just told me "well, you didn't wait exactly an hour", like she was just being defensive... I corrected her and told her "I didn't say I waited an hour, I said I waited almost an hour, over 50 minutes, would you agree that's almost an hour?". She realized she was being defensive, and yet she didn't really do anything to try and make the experience better. In that situation what you need to do is immediately agree with the customer (the customer paying you) and do your best to defuse the situation and remove any of the frustration they are feeling towards your company. That's not what happened today, and this is my first experience with Bank of America, not sure I really want to risk any other experiences with them. Having said all this, I'd like to mention that the other bank, different brand, we went to right before them was quick easy and efficient, I won't say that other banks name because I don't want someone thinking this is just a BS review, but I will say to Bank of America, you've got competition in town, and they're better than you.

Lee B1I have been a BofA customer since 1997z. I have personal and business accounts with them. I am one of their preffered gold members. Gis location is terrible. Worst branch I have ever been to. The Branch Manager has no idea how to solve customers problems. I am moving all my accounts to Frost. Like others have said BofA has no customer service.

Brooke Schrantz1Probably the most incompetent group you can imagine. Claimed I didn't have the requisite paperwork to open an LLC. Drove over to another bank close by and opened it with no problem, with the exact same paperwork.
