  Please dont use this atm drive-thru, las tuesday at 4:33 pm i made an atm deposit in the amount of 600 dollars and the machine gave me a report saying, we can’t process your request at this time and we can’t give you your product back please call this 1800 number.i just want it to make a payment to my credit card. I spend more than three hours trying to talk to a representative because they didn’t seem to know what to do. I really find it hard to believe that i am the only person who has ever had this problem. After more than 10 calls, some hung up on me some transfer me and the call got “lost” during the transferring i finally got to talk to a representative and the answer was. They are going to open an investigation and if they find out is true they will credit your account. It’s been 11 days and still no response. I am about to think the bank just took the money

  I went here yesterday morning, as soon as they opened. I went there to open up an account with them, first time being there and first time customer. I did not experience anything like the reviews say on here and I read them, they caused me to be hesitant. Completely professional, genuine, helpful, respectful, and nice. I think the reviews are made by individuals who think they are privileged and think someone needs to treat them like a king or queen just because they're a customer. The "customer" is not always right, these employees are humans too and we go to them for help and etc. They dont owe us anything at all. I was satisfied with my visit and am happy to be apart of this bank now. Thank you Laura and Maria.

  Came in for a temp card and the banker was "busy" with no one in the lobby staring at her screen. Twenty minutes later she was done gazing and was "ready" for us. This is not the first time this has happened at the this location, empty lobby but can't see you unless you made an appointment, makes you want to switch banks but I'd probably need an appointment for that too.

  Very unprofessional as many other Bank of America. I had an appointment at 12:30 and got there at 12:25. They told that the banker was going to be with me soon. So I waited for 20 minutes and since no body aporoached to help me, I got up and ask if someone was going to help me. And they told that the banker was finishing a closing and it was going to take a few minutes so I got mad and left. But I would appreciated if they had told me that from the beginning. I was on my lunch break and I lost 20 minutes of day waiting when they could have been professional and told me from the beginning that it was going to take all that time.

  Sat morning and line is 10 deep and only 1 teller. 3 other people just sort of walking around guess waiting to sign up customers. Might be a good idea to have teller coach customer on using ATM. Terrible experience.

  This is one of the best branches I've been to! I recently had an appointment with Kylee Cravens, the manager. She was excellent! Very friendly and professional. She took care of all the details and I was in and out in no time. This is definitely my go-to branch when I need anything.

  Bank of America generally have 1 teller working other I don’t know may be doing some other stuff even there is a line of customer On top of that business hours and days cut down

  One of the worst BOA branch I have been to. There was a lady who walks around with ipad. She asked for my ID or CC. I gave her my CC then she walks off to chat with somebody else while taking my card with her. I did not feel comfortable with her just walking off with my card in her hands leisurely talking to someone else very closely. What was even worse was that once I got into talk to the person in the office and told about what happened, he did not seem to care and wasn't even looking at me when he was apologizing. There was no consideration or genuineness in his voice nor his attitude. Customer service here really needs some improvement. I have been to other BOA branches that were much more friendlier.

  I miss the personal care we use to get from banking. Now everything is going to automation. I appreciate people especially those who have jobs! But as far as banks go Bank of America has all the fringe benefits, when you use them for your home loan.

  Horrible bank with no fraud protection, now on our 3rd card of the year because our account keeps getting hacked. When we tried to close the account we were told that we had to wait for the charge to process and now have been hit with two fees!
