  I love this Branch. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I need special help from time to time, and the employees are always more than happy to assist me. Probably the best service I get at any business that I frequent.

  I got loan approval for my car with very low interest rate from Texan Credit Union, it was fast and easy process Branch Manager Brandon was really helpful, I would recommend everyone to go see him really a Great person to deal with. Thanks

  Sad, to say that this credit union has been spiraling down for years. I was with them for over 15 years and finally made the decision to close down all my accounts and transfer everything! Changes made to close locations north and high overturn. They lost employees that have been there long time and gave excellent customer service. Branch mangers and supervisor have no clue how to to do things and always have to call corporate of how to do simple procedures.

  Christi went above and beyond to assist me with my car purchase when we were dealing with a completely unprofessional sales guy. She really hung in there with me to make sure the transaction was completed properly.

  Doing great! I've been with Texans for over 30 years and though they don't have all the bells and whistles of the big banks, they are always pleasant and have helped with loans and online banking. My only complaint was for a number of years ago about a policy change about overdraft protection I never knew about and was charged a $200 fee that I felt I didn't deserve. Not fair, but that happens with big business...sadly. But overall, they are a good credit union, part of the old TI Texins CU legacy.

  I always get great customer service at Texans Credit Union and their auto/truck loan rates simply cannot be beat! Texans CU ATM network is vast and all the ATMs are free. What a nice convenience! I highly recommend Texans Credit Union!
