  About 10 years ago or so, I wandered in this Pawn shop. Not being in one before- I didn't know what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, it was a great adventure and amazing find. The clerks were nice and willing to help me. They answered my questions from pawning something of mine, to buying an item and making sure it worked to my satisfaction before I left the store. Needless to say- I am a very happy repeat customer. They made sure I understood the difference between REAL value of an item and SENTIMENTAL value. No one can match the sentimental price of a family heirloom- they can only count the gold and diamond weight- so don't get upset or pitch a fit. If you find yourself in that situation- just remember to pay your monthly installments and pick the item up when it becomes due. I have gotten jewelry, tv's, tools, electronics and dvds and am still enjoying them. Respect them and they will bend over backwards to help you. I LOVE this store!!! Now I follow North Dallas Pawn on facebook to get their DEAL OF THE DAY-such big savings! Check 'em out!!!!

  It is amazing to me how places of business can operate with such incompetent, rude, obnoxious and obviously very uneducated personnel who don't know the first thing about business. This place needs to be shut down as there are people unknowingly going to conduct business with these peons who have no idea what they are getting into....My husband bought a Ryobi Drill and Saw Set which stated on the package that it contained two batteries but there was only one battery in it. My husband told them it contained only one battery and that he needed another battery as that is what it stated, but they did not assist whatsoever and accused him of lying saying he took the battery of which he did not. He then told them he wanted his money back, but they said there was no refunds ...Is this really how customer service is conducted over a battery? I think it takes real idiots to compromise their business over not satisfying a customer over a simple battery. They also laughed and joked around about it thinking it was funny and this is also a ludicrous way to conduct business. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PAWN SHOP!!!!! THEY ARE DECEIVING...VERY NICE WHEN WANTING TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!! There are many other pawns shops in the area so please save yourself and stay away from this one.....A short hispanic kid (very young) and a man with gray hair and grey mustache are the culprits and are doing business in a very unethical and very non-acceptable way who need to be shut down. I WILL MAKE SURE I POST ON EVERY MAJOR SITE I CAN AS WELL AS MINOR ONES SO THAT THE WORD GETS OUT ABOUT THIS PIECE OF CRAP PLACE WITH STORE OWNERS WHO DON'T KNOW THEIR (') FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND!!!! THE INTERNET IS POWERFUL AND I WILL MAKE SURE IT IS ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE ON THE INTERNET... SO PLEASE TAKE A WORD OF ADVICE AND DON'T STEP IN THEIR DOOR....YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!.

  Tried to get a loan on my wife's engagement ring and the guy offered me $30. His response was that they were just chips of diamonds. He determined that by just looking at it not measuring it. The ring has exactly 1.73 krts of diamonds. I know cause i bought it. Went to first cash pawn on harry hines and got $120. Family owned? Yeah family rip off artists. Everytime I've gone here they low ball me. Just cause its close by I've tried them. Never again.

  Store was neat and organized. The guys working were polite and helpful. I have bought from them on other occacions so thought it would be a good place to get a loan also. Lee was very knowledgeable about the item I brought in and when he gave me an offer that i thought was too low, since it was a fairly new item, he took his time in explaning to me why that was what he offered. Would definitely use thier services in the future.

  I understand that its a pawnshop and they dont have to buy anything but when i was really in need of money i brought my brand new iphone 5s there and they said they would give me 50 bucks and then as i was walking out they said 75 and mind you this is a $699 un locked phone and i asked for 250 on pawn. I recieved rude service and frankly will never go again. the person wanted my phone for her personal use i could tell. treated me like i stole it.

  Lee made sure the PS4 Controller I grabbed was working perfectly before I walked out with it. Got it home and have been using it with no problems. The staff expects you to know what you’re talking about, so don’t go in without doing some research.

  I see a lot of racist comments, But as long as I been going here Lee have treated me like family!!! I'm black they never cracked r said a racial thing to me. It's how you present yourself to them my first experience was withy Mossberg 12 gauge. I just needed a little money to get back and fourth to work. Lee asked me how much I wanted I told him he in charge of the money and this your store throw a offer. He said $45 which I sent complain not once because he read my mind. I don't like pawning things because I never go back and get the but I'm going to go gety 12 gauge back lol.

  So I genuinely liked this place that is before the wonderful gentleman behind the counter decides to have the audacity to say I was wasting his time for five bucks. First of all its about the customer support you should be giving not the amount of money a person is spending. Secondly I go I mean used to go in there at least twice a week to purchases Blu-rays from yall spending at up to 100 a month there for the past three months... Why do you sell things for under five dollars if my offer just to merely help me with something that you didn't have to put any effort into whatsoever and you could have still took care of the other customers while I messed with the TV menu options. Last time I checked it doesn't take two people to screw in a light bulb. I was going to give you money just so I could get on my dvd menu and update it, afterwards buy more movies maybe other things go as well I told you I just got payed. But no this guy behind the counter this wonderful soul basically said you're a waste of time so I will never step foot in this place again nor will I spend my hard earned money there while some guy thinks he has the right to say it's not good enough to spend there basically

  We are not here to fix your Blu Ray player that does not work when you bring it in. We make loans or buy merchandise that is in working condition when you bring it in.

  The woman there was eating her lunch never greeted me or even looked at me when I was trying to speak to her. Like she could care less and didn't want to be interrupted while she was eating. Selection wasnt even that great. Ill never be back here see why they were reviewed so poorly.
