Everything was fine when it was BBVA, these people have no idea what they are doing, complete idiots all around...the one on Trinity Mills is very decent but every other location has been a complete nightmare. Take your business elsewhere. You cant even call the back of your card and get an account balance with your debit card, they want a user ID that doesn't even work.

Since PNC bought BBVA, everything has turned terrible. They lied sending info I sat down at the bank branch during transition to confirm things would not change I would still have the same excellent BBVA service they have lied now 10 or 15 times this is horrible I am finding another bank. I was with BBVA 20 years. They do not have branch managers only if it's in the extremely wealthy areas and they are shutting down even on Mondays and closing earlier at 5:00 terrible terrible service I feel bad for the people who work there.

Branch sold me a credit card, informing me that it was 0% interest for 13 months. There was a substantial interest charge on my first statement, and it has continued monthly since. I have been laid off from work due to COVID and have not been able to pay this off due to a lack of income. When work picks up, this card will be the first to go. Customer service opened a ticket with the bank, where the bank agreed to honor the 13 months of 0% interest. The bank then turned around, and refused to honor the resolution they told corporate (customer service). Nearly $3,000 in interest charges later, the bank finally offered to refund one month of interest. They refuse to honor what they indicated to customer service, they now refuse to admit any fault, and they insinuated it was my fault for signing up for a card when their own staff misrepresented the product. Again, their corporate level customer service received an agreement from them to honor the 13 months of no interest and thus closed their case as "resolved," but the branch refused to respect their agreement with their own corporate customer service. When discussing the matter with the manager, Mo, he talked over me, completely denied fault (even though the banker admitted to making a mistake and customer serviced acknowledged this as bank error), and avoided commenting on the customer service ticket despite having the ticket number, dates, and a very detailed description of the resolution that they themselves agreed to. It went so far as to him asking if I had this information in writing, as though me receiving this information from corporate management and multiple BBVA customer service staff members wasn't enough! He came up with every excuse possible to not do the right thing, despite his own response to his corporate office. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but if you really want to take this review with a grain of salt and experience being scammed for yourself, be sure to stop by. This adventure and back and forth has been unbelievable and totally unexpected from a bank. By the way, it takes a substantial amount of time to even come close to getting a resolution for issues with this bank, so if you're willing to risk it, don't assume they'll be eager to take your call and do the right thing.

Can we have this bank shut down? Honestly, no one knows anything at this bank. You’re on hold for forever supposedly everyone at this branch is so busy that they can’t even greet their own customers. Customers are helping customers more than anything. Everyone here is useless.

Consistent bad service. Was transferred to this branch after an hour and a half of talking to customer service. Was originally hung up on and transferred several times. Spoke to Vincent surprise surprise they were unable to help me. I was trying to transfer money out of my account but BBVA makes it difficult to do so. And is you try there are fees and limits causing more fees. I already got charged $15 for a wire that was only 5k and takes hours when I can do that at my other banks for free and it’s instant. Vincent’s suggestion was to come into the branch after I let him know I had a fever and a member of my household had COVID symptoms and was awaiting his test results. I didn’t want to put anyone at risk and was willing to eat the fees as-long as I could do everything remotely. So I had to come to the branch and get charged an additional fee whilst putting your team members at risk. Way to go BBVA. I paid the wire fee for nothing since I still had to come to the branch.

Janice is very rude! She will not give you the change from your deposit. She does everything else under the moon and leave you standing there for 10 minutes while she talks to someone else. I don’t know how in the world this lady became an assistant manager, but she does not need to be! I understand if I was to put the bag in the night drop not knowing there is change coming back, but no I went into the bank knowing I needed change back and SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE CHANGE BACK. I have escalated this to the corporate office and filed a claim against her. I do not recommend this branch solely because of her.

Josey Lane is the worse location. The staff is so rude. They see you standing there and will literally walk away from the counter. They wasn’t knowledgeable that sole businesses doesn’t have to walk in and sat up a business account. They was beyond rude of handling this situation. Treated me like I was a liar. Didn’t get one apology.

My daughter recently had her purse stolen and let's just say our experience here was terrible. BBVA closed her old account and reopened a new account using her paper driver's license along with her expired license to identify her. 3 days prior to visiting this location she was able to make a withdrawal at another bank using those same documents. To our surprise this was not the case at this branch. The "manager" as she repeatedly referred to herself had the worst attitude ever from the minute my daughter approached the counter which promoted my daughter to have the same nasty attitude back with her. The "manager" threatened us with calling the police simply because she was making up her own rules and did not service us as she should have. I had all my documents and didn't get to make my deposit because all she wanted to do was be in charge and of course call the police. I basically dragged my daughter out of the bank to avoid further action/confrontation and we drove 3 minutes away to another branch who accepted her paper license with her expired license and verified her signature on file. Imagine that? They didn't even understand why this hadn't happen at the other branch. Long story short most times when you put an African American in a position it goes to their head and this was definitely the case. It's not against the lawvto dispute something or make your demands when doing business. Also if you're going to boast about being the "manager" dress the part...iron your clothes, get your dreads professionally groomed and learn to provide customer service to all not just the customers that you know by name.
