  Most terrible service I have received in any pnc branch… not only did I get moved to the side to wait on a banker to do my transfer, everyone who came after me handled their business and left… after 20 mins of waitin without any update, I asked how much longer and the banker said 10 mins I’ll be done, I’m still sitting here waitin and it’s been 1hr and they are not even busy. This is terrible

  This branch and their executive leadership have known for several months about a malfunctioning ATM machine that takes money out of your account despite actually not receiving any money from the ATM. It's now happened for the second time to me. The first time I didn't even have time to go back to the branch but I went in today surprised to hear that the branch manager and Regional over the bank have been well aware of the problem for months. HUGE QUESTION...What have they been doing with the money that has gone unclaimed? What a mess. I'll never bank at BBVA Compass and every chance I get to warn others to stay away I will.

  Brittany was awesome. She helped me get my transaction done in a timely fashion. She saved me a trip to the other side of town which would have cost 2 hours roundtrip. The teller line was closed but she took care of me and I really appreciate her exceptional customer service. This branch is the best in houston. they have a great staff. Thank you Brittany once again.

  I would give them 5 stars because all the tellers and bankers are SUPER FRIENDLY but I do not like waiting an hour to get help! I needed a cashiers check and waited in line for 30 mins...in the lobby line! After that I needed help from the ONE banker they have and had to wait an hour! This branch seems to have more people visiting every time I come in. What kind of branch only has ONE banker?

  This branch has completely run into the ground, they were supposed to open at 9am and they didn't open at all even though there were employees inside. Terrible customer service and on more than one occasion I've had someone using my card info racking up bills and I had to contact them to cancel my card they didn't even notice the suspicious transactions then it took them 3 weeks to give me my money back. Terrible bank, will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I've always had a great experience with this specific office. Other offices have been fine but they are stellar. Now, when it comes to the phone customer service, (BBVA in general not this office) they SUCK! I almost closed my account twice and they (specifically Major) are the only reason I continued banking with them. I'm not sure if I will continue to do so because I moved to another city. However I will always appreciate this office being the one I used to frequent when I was a Houstonian.

  I have bean a mamber of BBVA Compass for over 10 plus years. One day I go to deposit my money to my account the outside atm the muchine just swallows it and tells me to call a number and make a complaint. Then spits my atm card out. Any way it's not that but this branch I was told by the branch manager Anthony Williams that this is the fist time it happened and that on Tuesday the money will be on my account. Well Tuesday came nothing so I go to the branch at BBVA Compass, 6375 Woodway Dr, Houston, TX 77057 to talk to a branch manager Anthony Williams to find out what's going on I had my money stuck inside that atm for 3 days by that time. When I walk in first off who ever sais this is the best costumer service that's a lie they have selective preference. As soon as I walked in and asked to talk to a branch manager the reseptionist did not greed me she just pointed at a young man and sais here u go. So I proseed to talk to a branch manager Anthony Williams and he starts to talk his eyes at me. So a simple thing I said was if this was Russia this would not be so disorganised and would be taking care off on a spot. The branch manager Anthony Williams said to me and my wife is that a threat and proseeds on calling the police. THEN KICKS ME AND MY WIFE OUT THE BRANCH AND LUCKS THE DOOR now I came in there because I have an account and I'm trying to get some kind off answers but get disrespected for my race. So police come 20 minutes later on No hurry the officer aprouched me and asked me wht was the problem so I and my wife gave him the storey of what has happens the office shakes his head goes inside the branch to talk then comes out with branch manager Anthony Williams wo goes on yelling me they going to put money on my account by 5 pm and that I should never come back to that location. Well my family and I can't believe the disrespect and humiliation that happens that day we made complaints to head branch and nothing they do not care there for I am clouding my account with bbva for being rcialy discriminated by the branch manager Anthony Williams. And the staff of that branch for being disrespectful and recording it on thair own personal devises no actions have been taken by BBVA COMPASS in this matter no one has cared to apologise or make it right that's what you should expect out of BBVA COMPASS.

  Very Poor service. They have one custumer in the drive tru I'm the next but 45 minutes come on its to much if they have a problem someone has to cam outside and apologize given us another option but they don't do anything. I try to make deposit during my lunch break but I have to leave. Poor service.
