      I walked in and waited in line to be told by a teller that they could not give me a temporary debt card while I’m awaiting mine in the mail because it was 5 minutes before they closed . This was very poor customer service because first the teller had me go sit down in the lobby after not even two minutes of waiting the teller called me back over just to tell me not to wait anymore because they closed in 5 minutes. I was depending on getting the temp card to be able to pay my bills although the teller did offer to take money out of my bank. I still feel as a loyal customer that this was by far the worst customer service I have received from this branch. You should go above and beyond for your customers and not treat them like there not worth your time or money !

      I had to wait for 45 minutes, so many people were available to help including the manager who done it for me before. He was walking around with absolutely no intention to help. I had to leave after 45 minutes because a banker came to me and told me it will be another hour wait , !!! Unbelievable why are these people to treat us like this !! How COVID gave them permission to provide an embarrassing service

      I am a so called preferred customer since 1990. I was in line since 1:30 pm to transfer fund to a local bank . I saw manager Mr. Velasquez roaming about and not doing any thing so I inquired him about the transfer as the line was too long but before he could have answered me, another officer jumps in from no where and tells me that they don't have time today and come back on Monday. Then manager comes up with excuses that its too late today so funds cannot be transferred today so I told him its okay to transfer them on Monday but he started insisting that come back on Monday. Now I can imagine what they must be doing with others, the way they treated their preferred customer. I know nothing will happen but at least I should inform public about it.

      Thought I would drive 20 minutes to another branch because the Clovis branch never has enough tellers and bad customer service. Guess what? This branch is just as bad if not worse. Only one teller and 19 people in line including merchants. But they do have 5 suits sitting at their desks with nothing to do. I will be changing banks to one that has better customer service.

      One teller. 10 customers. Every other employee walking around and chatting. NONE bothered to ask if they could help. NONE apologized for the wait time. When I got to the teller, I asked why there was only one teller. This ‘lady’ Elizabeth asked me, “What is it you need?” Very rude. Initially refused to give me customer service. Her supervispr, Janae, stood by listening and allowing this unprofessional behavior. Unbelievable. These folks clearly need to be in a new type of employment, without public interaction.

      The lines are always long. Needed a card replacement but didn’t have an appointment, no people waiting in the sitting lobby at about 10:40 and I wasn’t able to be seen because there was an 11 o’clock appointment that would be arriving in 20 minutes (though it takes 5-10 minutes to issue a temp.) Not ideal but I guess understandable so being on my lunch I had to leave. Made an appointment the next day at 1 pm. Im writing this review from the waiting room at 1:20 and still havent been helped. So either way you play it except for your time to be wasted.

      3 BofA branches all closed, says they are open on the internet. Phone puts you in an insane loop. Worst bank ever. No night depositories! Impossible to do business with these people. Out of area deposits for distributions and I have to mail them to the individuals who can use the atm. NEVER NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH B OF A.

      I don't have an account here however I was issued a check that is a BOA check and for certain reasons I didn't go to my bank thinking a BOA check shouldn't be a problem to cash even if I don't bank here and I don't mind paying a cashing fee and apparently there check reader doesn't read it. . . . This is the second time I have been issued a check like this and I went to a different BOA facility and they processed it no problem. They vet you when you're in line and the second they found out I don't have an account here there deminer changed.

      I told the teller that my wife had just had a baby and she couldn't come with me to cash our insurance check. No one in the bank including the manager cared. All they did was recite some policy over and over and not help me. I called the 1800 number on the back of my debit card and was told that they could release some of the funds but no one offered. They laughed at me when I asked to speak with someone who could maybe help me. This location sucks. River Park,Fresno , CA Blackstone and Herndon. Dont expect them to go above and beyond.
