      Poorest of customer service through unprofessional staff. Envision spoiled unqualified with “entitlement”. Communication with an attitude. Remembering days gone by when banks genuinely wanted your business. Now, they want your business but they don’t want you.

      Thought it would be a quick stop in, nope.. they only have 4 tellers trying to help 13 people in line. Even with them only operating every other station, there's still an extra 4 stations that can be used. Don't know what it is with every wells fargo that i go to but they only ever have 2-4 tellers and lines out the door for people to be helped Update.. now there's only 2 tellers and more people coming in. Some are seeing the poor service and walking out.

      1 teller and her manager lied to me or wells Fargo is inconsistent with there guidelines from store to store, because one branch allowed me to cash a check with my recently expired DL and another said they couldn't because Wells Fargo policy, what?

      Honestly, from the first day I opened my bank account here, to present as I stand in line, the customer service has been phenomenal. Nothing short of professional and friendly here. I like that they have dedicated employees here, I see familiar faces. Last but certainly not least, they all follow covid 19 procedures. Thank you Wells Fargo for doing business with me in the best way you possibly can. I really appreciate and for that, I’ll continue to be loyal to this branch. :)

      The wells Fargo branch on Friant and Fresno street is the most friendly, professional, respectful and polite. I have been coming here for years and I love their customer service. Everyone is very professional.

      They try, but aren't the most sophisticate of bank people. I was told from 3 different Wells Fargo customer service people over the phone that I could transfer funds from a gift card to my checking account. When I got there the teller did not know what to do. She tried for like 5 seconds, but then quickly shrugged as if telling me that they don't speak gift card. The thing that upset me most is that she didn't even try to ask anyone, she just acted like it wasn't in her job description to think. I called the bank manager later, and at first he asserted that the customer service people had given me the wrong info until I reminded him it was 3 people over the course of 1-2 yrs. Then he called the 1800 on the Gift Card and got some info. But I was annoyed at the way he didn't call or check in with Wells Fargo 1-800. I guess because then he might have to admit his branch was not with the times. Now the thing, it's not about who did what, it's about, what year is this????? I mean no one here has any clue of how to deal with stupid little Gift Cards you get at the supermarket or drug store? I mean, I didn't mean to cause a stir or make people do extra work. I just assumed a Wells Fargo bank would know what to do with a little Gift Card. It's not that complicated people! I know this is Fresno, but it's no reason to keep your banking in the VHS era.

      I have been with Fargo Wells since I was 25 years old to now I'm 53 years old. That bank is very helpful. The tellers and other people who work there are very sweet friendly..

      My dad is a long time share holder and when we go in for assistance we are met with fast and expedient answers. If looking to invest or put away towards an IRA account I highly recommend.

      I was at bank today, Yudi Morales a WF rep was unwilling to help with my problem, had a bad attidude! Im hispanic and I think that had alot to due with her terrible customer service!

      Waste of our time! First the loan associate, Susan Warner forgot to add me as a co-signer to an account. We return on the following business day to run our app again, she says my credit won't be run again but my son's will, then 20 minutes later says neither of credit will be run again. Can you just hire compatent people! Going to close all accounts & go to Chase#!
