  Snap Home Loans has both helped me finance my house and refinance when a better rate was available. Tristen and his team has taken amazing care with both projects and we're communicative, flexible, and most importantly trustworthy. As someone who has zero experience with home financing, they made sure to explain every part of the process so I could understand. Even when I informed them I was shopping around for better rates, they continued to inform me of different ways I could save money with other companies. It was clear that they valued my time and my money, even though it was possible they might not have had my business. I think that speaks volumes to both their integrity and trustworthiness. If I ever need home financing, I know they will be my first call.

  Do not use them as your loan officer. My husband and I made that mistake and received notification that our personal information was released. This includes our social security number, our income and home address. Do yourself a favor and find another location to process your loan.

We do not have any information associated with your name in any of our file systems and do not have a loan application on file.   Tristan at Snap Home Loans was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the process and kept me updated every step of the way. He made it so easy and he also was able to do everything very fast and close my loan early.   Kristi Collins is Amazing !!! She helped my husband and I a few years when we bought our first home and is now assisting us with our refinance !!   Tristan and his team got me into my first home in the Sacramento area in November. He gave me a snapshot of various loans and interest rates to show me what I could afford and what I could expect to pay monthly. He worked with my realtor and they worked fast! SNAP communicated with me every step of the way. I will work with SNAP in the future for refinance or home buying needs.

  Tristan and his team made the process of securing a home loan seem easy. They were always available for any questions I had. I asked them to run numbers multiple times and they did it quickly and without complaint. I am now in the home of my dreams because of them!
