  Friendliest staff in all of FRESNO! 🏆 Immediately walking in I’m greeted with the biggest smile & full attention. It made me think back to when I opened my account in the 2000s & I thought they’re were just being polite. No… this is an actual bank filled with genuinely good people. Oh and they printed me replacement cards on the spot! Good luck with that at my other banks. Less of a bank, more of a club.

  Love Pacific service credit Union! Have been using them for 13 years and always happy with their customer service! I had Wells Fargo and Bank of America accounts in the past, but when I switch to this credit union I immediately noticed the difference. They are more personable and treat you right. If you’re at a big corporate bank, run! Switch to a credit union today! Pacific service credit Union allows you to use any ATMs you want in the United States and they reimburse you any ATM fees the other banks charge you.

  We have financed 4 vehicles through PSCU. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The last and most recent financed vehicle, they went above and beyond. They had loan docs out same day. I highly recommend PSCU.

  This branch is great it’s when you call the 888 number that I have a problem with. Trying to close my savings account via phone because they were going to charge me to keep it open, I called last week answered so many questions to confirm my account then was told they would call me the next day to close account. Surprise surprise no phone call so I called again had to go through the same song and dance and was told they will call tomorrow to finalize closing of account. By the way I asked them to transfer the $5 to my sons account with them which I thought had been done nope $5 is MIA. So final thought, don’t open an account with this company or don’t move to a town that doesn’t have a branch and deal with the stupidity of their customer service!!!!!

  Got my car loan through here. Just walked in and inquired about a loan and they were able to give me an estimate. Worked with Valerie in getting set up. I had a ton of questions and she was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We corresponded through email which worked perfectly with me due to my work schedule. She emailed me documents that I needed to complete and I scanned and sent her the completed forms, which expedited the process when I finally walked in to complete everything.

  PSC is there for their members. Great folks to work with. I opened a checking account there and it was fast and informative. By the time I left I already had myself set up online. Thank you PSC Fresno!

  Best credit Union I’ve belonged to. Super easy loan process, and their Visa can’t be beat. Lowest interest and no transfer fees. The people in the Fresno office are so friendly and knowledgeable. They even remember frequent members names, greeting them by name. No fees for using other credit unions ATMS. I can’t say enough good stuff about them.
