  Banking done wrong. The longest trip at a bank, just to cash a check. It’s like waiting on the cable company between the 9 to 5

  The brand new branch is conveniently located right of the i-75 by the Tylervsille rd exit. It is features ATM, drive-through lanes, and many other services. The staff I encountered today was very polite and courteous, Everyone was wearing masks, If you are a client of BOA it is a good branch to visit for all your needs.

  Thank God I don't have an account with them, I only went to deposit money to the account of a person who has an account with them, and they made me wait 10 minutes while the person who attended me was walking around the hallway, and when I was about to leave she attended me, and only to tell me that I needed a Money Order, and then to come back and wait longer, I better leave. 🖕🏿😂

  Worst bank I ever dealt with.Waited thirty minutes just to pay a charge payment. No drive thru window. I would not recommend this bank.

  The absolute worse service I’ve ever seen at any bank I’ve been here 50 minutes waiting to cash a check. I would never use Bank of America as my personal bank !!!
