jim farmer1The bank's recent new hours have made handling my financial needs most unbearable (closing every week day at 4 is completely unreasonable for the average blue collar worker) If the bank doesnt soon reinstate a more reasonable hours of operation. I will be forced to look for a bank that is less burdensome.

Wei Yue1Had terrible experience with this location. Monty was my Private client banker and he was nice, after he got a promotion, Joe Earls took over my relationship. He enticed me with the sapphire checking bonus, but was unable to apply it. As I moved out of state, I can not get to the branch. He refused to assist me with my other regular business after I filed a complaint.

Drake Mcallister2The tellers are generally nice but I have never been to any other business where I could rely so consistently on employees being double parked outside every day of the week. Every time I pull in I donate a sad chuckle towards a few of their employees' inflated senses of self worth.
