  Went to go get a document notarized. I went up to the door and saw the hours signs saying open 9-4 Monday through Friday. It was 10:30on a Tuesday. Not a holiday, not a special day if any kind. Just a Tuesday. Tried both doors, both locked. No signs anywhere saying it was closed, the website claims its open. Open for whom, we may never know. At the very least some notice, or sign might be nice.

  My husband was told he had to wait over an hour and a half for a new debit card. We were just at boa in Camillus and she was going to do it right at the counter for him, but he did not have proper paperwork cause he literally just lost his wallet. So we went over to Onondaga blvd after he got all his paperwork and the lady told him that is impossible and to go take a seat. He also mentioned that we are trying to catch a flight later on today and obviously she doesn’t care. If he cant have access to his money looks like we need a change!

  Bank of America has now closed all of the branches on the west side of Syracuse. It is increasingly obvious that customer service is not a high priority with this corporation.

  Had a issue with my bank account that I was trying to resolve for a hour on the phone with customer service, Ed one of the clerks for Bank of America was able to fix in a matter in seconds. The entire staff is very friendly every time I walk in. Very happy with this Bank of America location!!!!

  Worst bank to do business with their NVER OPEN ...better to use an online bank...

  This bank is a JOKE! Everything is opening back up, and this ridiculous bank has just about all their locations closed! Time to change to a new bank!

  Drive through ATM is literally NEVER in service. Hate going inside to this location because the customer service is poor. Save yourself the hassle and visit the camillus location.

  I don't have any problems with this place other than the fact I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes even though i had an appointment

  Poor service long waits and I felt like I was discriminated each time from the bank tells
