  Took some tools there that were brand new and expensive each the same price and was offerd $50. That don't even make sense. Need new employee stop treating everyone like they are crack heads. Highway robbery at its finest. Highly don't recommend buisness.

  Terrible! Worst shop I've been too or even "dealt" with. EXTREMELY LOW OFFERS on Name Brand Items. If it cost $500 you're lucky if these guys offer you $50. Waste of time. Do Not Bother

  They buy stolen stuff and sell it . I had my metal break stolen i walked in the shop an saw it there on the floor my 2500 Metal break selling for 899 saying sold on it. I was told I needed a police report I said ok someone will reach out first thing in morning this was at closing. The next morning they opened up the cops where there they said my break was gone hmmmm how weird They got rid of it they didn't want to give the money back so they hid it or called the guy to pick it up so they could keep the 900 scam artist stay away

  My husband and I spent about a hour and a half with John today! He helped my husband remove his speaker from an old box, install it perfectly into a new box, tested our deck (it was bad) so got us an amazing deal on a nice new deck (great sales techniques), helped my husband install all of it, sold us a flat screen TV, and a weed whacker! Meanwhile making connections and interacting you can never have enough connections and help! He was amazing and we will continue to always go to Pawn King West Genesee 1st before EVER paying full price anywhere! Thank you John!!

  Pawn King is excellent the people there are customer service friendly and not rude by know means. I have been there many times and like the experiences I have had. You have to understand this is a Pawn Shop they buy used items and look at ebay to see what sells and how much for and then they give you a price. In every business there is a profit of some sort to be made. Pawn King is a business and very fair.

  I felt like I was cheated out of a gold sale 2 months ago I think I was supposed to get more money for something i sold to the company

  It's a pawn shop. What did you guys expect? The idea of the place is to buy stuff from people as cheaply as possible and sell it to others at a maximum profit. Places like this pop up all over during times of economic decline to take advantage of people. You sell stuff at a pawn shop when you're poor and you need a quick buck. You buy stuff at a pawn shop when you're poor and can't pay full price for new stuff. I've done both. It sucks. It's like having your nose rubbed in your own misfortune. But that's the way they work. You think that kid behind the desk gives a damn for what they're paying him? He's just like us. Poor and willing to work a crap job just to get by. I'm just glad the store owner doesn't personally come down to the place and spit on me while I'm there. Yet...

  Patrick, your review was written a long time ago but I would like to respond. We do not by any means intend to rub anyone's nose in misfortune. Yes, pawn shops are a convenient way to sell things quickly and leave with cash. We take the risk and the time to resell the items and there is overhead associated with it. We have to make a profit and no one wants to pay retail for used items. Buying used items is not a negative thing. It is a smart thing. Why spend more than you have to? It's also eco friendly. No, the store owner would never come in to spit on you. He might shake your hand and thank you for your business though.

  I had Brought a Controller there they said I couldn't bring back so tell me what's a receipt for if you can't refund was no reason to give me one. I wanted to bring back the same day I brought do to I went to a game store controller was 12 cheaper. Thought pawn shops are suppose to beat prices a friend recommended I wouldn't recommend this to no one

  I don't know why anyone goes here. Got hundreds of dollars more for gold and silver from behind the iron gates right up the street. Also royalty pawn is WAY BETTER for other items. Pawn King gives insultingly low prices... was told $20 bucks for a diamond ring 14kp gold. Don't let them scam you. Get prices from 3 different places and you'll see

One of the most Honest pawn brokers in Syracuse NY with many location available buy sell or trade long list of items to choose from ... Daws ,Bike B planets chop saw movies 1 dollar apiece music .50 or less a piece sanders drills PlayStation Xboxes ski turntable for DJing many items at random choice but not available all the time being in the right place right plays a strong role for music related items best in Syracuse . unlike pawn store on Salina st not connected with
