  The staff was great...no pressure sales...lot's of great information and explanation of the models, the specs, financing options, etc. Day of pickup was easy-peasy, especially the review of the "buttons" and settings in the car. It was a pleasure to meet the owner (Dan?) the day we picked up the car.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Worked well as a team to ensure that I was satisfied with every level of my purchase.   Fantastic dealership! Our car buying experience was outstanding. David Dwyer is wonderful to work with. He explained all the features of our new car and answered all of our questions. Jeff and Leon are also extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was very pleasant that we encountered. This was our first time buying an Infiniti, and we are extremely pleased with our special order brand new QX60!

  I was very pleased with our salesman Paul. He did a very nice job of getting us numbers on various vehicles and was very thorough. He was not pushy at all. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for an infinity vehicle. Everything went well with trade in of my truck. Overall a great experience. Thank you Infinity. I love my new Q50!

  I love Infiniti of Syracuse. My car is a 2013 and even though I bought it in Rochester they have always serviced it in Syracuse. They are always so kind, honest and up front and the car is just amazing and barely ever needs anything. We’re getting ready to replace it and will definitely purchase a new car here too. I highly recommend Infiniti cars and this dealership for all your needs.

  Dealt specifically with parts however i have nothing but great things to say about the parts department! I needed a specific part for my INFINITI and the manager was able to source it and have it on the counter ready for pickup within hours. Frank was absolutely great to talk with very knowledgeable and helpful with my vehicle, i highly recommend coming here.

  Lowery Brothers helped get my son into his first car! Michael and Leon were great to work with. These guys communicated well and did what they said they were going to do. We traveled to pick up the car with a tight timeline they made sure everything was ready to go and went above and beyond to make sure the car was in excellent condition! Thanks for everything.

  I typically do not leave reviews ,but felt compelled to after we were treated in such a professional manner by Lowery Bros. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them and signed all paperwork. The next day me wife got cold feet and backed out. This is an embarrassing situation to say the least. The sales staff and management were kind, courteous, and couldn't have been more understanding about the situation. They refunded our deposit and voided the contract. We still are shopping for a vehicle, and are hoping to still do business with them at a different price point. I will be recommending Lowery to our friends. Top notch customer service.
