  Started out okay, then had a not so great experience with Commonfund Mortgage. Debb Parker yelled at us several times and was extremely rude throughout the process. She treated us as inferiors because she is older than us. I would not recommend unless you enjoy this type of behavior.

  Working with Kim Gage has been a great experience. From the beginning right to the closing, she was available anytime I called with questions. Morning or night, weekday or weekend. She worked numbers anytime I needed, and very quickly. Highly recommend Commonfund Mortgage Corp. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't say enough good things about the whole process. Very Happy!!   We were first-time home buyers. That's hard enough. And then, about half of the closing process occurred during the COVID-19 crisis. We were so grateful for Debb Parker and the whole team's expertise, patience, clarity, and kindness. They walked us through each step and answered every question we asked. They made themselves available to us, day or night, and made sure we felt guided in a very stressful time. We felt valued as people in addition to being clients.   Courtney made this entire experience smooth easy and enjoyable. I work a twelve hour swing shift so communication with me is always a hit or a miss but Courtney made my available hours work for her. Every question I had was answered quickly and she ensured I was understanding what was going on. Very friendly professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company.
