  Called 6 times and nobody answered the phone. I’ve been with Bank of America for almost 30 years and the customer service keeps dropping. All I needed was one piece of information that would have takes 3 minutes to answer on the phone. Instead I have to drive to the branch to get the information. Go home get the info then come back! Just answer the phone.

  Made a phone call trying to speak to a person no answer. All the associates were assisting other customers. Thats fine. I tried to call back 15 minutes later. Still too busy to answer the phone. So I drove to the bank location, then tried calling, all associates were still busy. I walked into the bank and 3 bank of America employees were standing at the door. I was the only "customer" in the building. Yet nobody answered a phone to help me. I had to drive up there to get a simple yes or no Answer. I've already started looking for another bank to keep my money at. Extremely unprofessional.

  They are so good ! Victor is an excellent host and Eduard offered to me the best attention to open my account . Also Veronica she was in charge to explain everything to me about my credit card . The bank looks clean And pretty every time y really recommend this bank and especially this location . Who is interested almost everyone speak Spanish too .

  No one at this location seems to know how to operate a telephone. They turned away a guy that did some business with me stating they "couldn't find my info" this bank center is a joke.
