  I went by there today (11/30 Tuesday) at 11 am and this location was closed. Also bank of america now closes at 4pm! What happen to bank hours. B of A is definitely going down in worth.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. The ATM wouldn't take my single check for deposit, and when I went inside, the single teller was helping someone else for what seemed like the whole ten minutes I was inside, while the other two staff behind the counter were busy throwing away papers. Not a single person acknowledged my presence, and I finally ran out of time and patience and had to leave. I think we need to be able to give less than one star for a review.

  Why cannot cash a check when we both have Acct with you??? Very disappointed & wasting time here today. I went to wellfargo & they cash this check for me even the check belongs to boa Acct.

  Doesn’t make any sense to put my address every time on the deposit slip if I am just depositing to my own account! When I asked why is it different than just putting my phone number which is also a form of identification, the teller told me to go out side to use the ATM! ? I am using my own card to deposit only cash to my own acct! It doesn’t make any sense! I just think the teller on the very left hand side is not happy to serve walk-in customers! They just want to sit all day and get paid! I’ve been banking with them almost 10 years,and this is the kind of service I get?! Very disappointed!

  this bank is not quite professional than other Bank of America branch. The service experience is not quite happy. When I ask for more rubber bands, they r like “I gave you already.” If they give me a bag, it should be more faster for other people are waiting behind. I felt bad about other people wait behind me that they need to wait for me too pack the coin change. I strongly recommend them for a proper customer service training. If this review could brought higher management of this bank’s attention. It means I didn’t waste my time to tap it.

  There are always only one or two service personnel, waiting in line for at least half an hour, the efficiency is very low, is the worst US bank nearby.

  God Bless everyone on this branch. So so grateful with two guys and the manager Carlos is so Nice
