  On the waiting line write now over 40 min. There was only one caller ahead of me. And I'm a new customer of there's, very disappointed, to see the would leave me on the phone waiting this long. Only 3 stars vecause I already signed up but making me regret it.

  Great place to bank. In office customer service is great. Seldom any waiting. If calling its best to do so early in the morning, wait times can be lengthy. This is the one place where your business is truly appreciated. Parking can be quite challenging depending on time of day. There is additional parking in a parking structure, though i've never used it. For a better parking experience go early A.M. or available parking at the Atlantic shopping center or at the shopping center on Floral Ave.

  The application process for a loan was fast and easy. I am currently trying to rebuild my credit, but no other place would approve my personal loan request. Luckily for me I had a cosign that had a great credit score and I got approved. An outstanding 9% APR compared to the 27% from other creditors, or the 99.99% from Speedy Cash. Would definitely recommend this location, the staff is friendly. If you have bad or no credit, you should bring a cosignee for a better chance at approval.

  After several months No activities my account went frozen, Fees occurred I didn't quite get it, went in and deposit checks and withdraw, teller walked inside safety room to get cash, I asked about the international wiring fee, she had to walk inside ask manager. 2 walk away left me thinking if I should keep this checking account where other banks around neighbor seem better at it. Bank charge $6 per month under fifteen hundred Minimum deposit starting February 2016. YIKE!!!

  Came here to get some money out and the atm screen won't let you select anything like the touch screen is broken. Never had this issue at an atm before.

  I've been coming to this place since they open, I've had good customer service & will not go anywhere else. The tellers are helpful, and kind if I need anything else.

  It is a great bank. It gives excellent service the representatives are nice and help you when you need the help

  I've never waited longer than couple of minutes to get helped. Parking is sometimes an issue.
