  BofA is known for bad customer service .This location is the worst. The manager at this location is very unhelpful and mean.

  I rarely write reviews. Would give it ZERO stars if I could. The customer service here is horrible. Worst than WalMart. People here always have a bad attitude and they really don’t feel like helping you. Instead they turn you away like they don’t even want to help. No one here even has a smile.

  I should see the comments online before making a notary appointment here. Very disappointing with the service here. I have successfully done many notary service at BOA in other branches across US, and this is the ONLY place refused to do notary. Their excuse is they only provide financial notary. This could be an excuse for all other BOA branches, but no other BOA branches declined my notary request. Anyway I got my notary done today at a different BOA branch which is a bit far from my office, however it worth the travel. I will try to avoid this BOA branch even it is really close, what a pity!

  Horrible service! There is never more than 2 tellers working. Merchant line hardly ever open. When it is, it takes longer than the regular line! Managers claim "we only have a part time merchant teller and she's not here yet". This branch is a JOKE. Management does not care about customer service. Several times I've witness people complain and nothing is done... I rather drive the extra mile to the branch on Garfield/Garvey. Come here and you will leave in a bad mood.

  The layout of this place is very practical. They have a drive through atm on the side of the building as soon as you enter the parking lot. The parking lot is all one way, like a counter clockwise roundabout around the building. But there’s not a lot of parking spots, so if the lot is full, and someone is taking ages at the drive through, you might find yourself circling that lot for ages just to use an atm.

  This Branch has a new manager or super visor forgot his name but his an Armenian. 3weeks ago I came and used edd card. He said wasn’t working. I came this morning and he said the same thing. He said he’ll fix it same tone last time. The rest of BofA are better service!

  This place is outful, senior citizen with walker forgot my debit card in my car, show my Cali ID and had to provide my checking account numb just for needing to change $10.00 in quarters!! The teller just looked at it and destroy the paper in front of me, that's Messed up! She wasn't born in 69 when I opened that account. Sorry had to get it off my chest!

  Service here is terrible. It's as if I have to beg them to take my money. I get excuses and they don't seem like they don't want to help. I dont have an issue with the one on garfield and garvey.

  I was very surprised to see such negative reviews on this branch. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly, I'm in and out of there fast and with no problems at all.

  Convenient location for my friend to go to Bank of America. I was just a driver. lol
