Eric Magana1This branch location does not answer or return phone calls during normal business hours. Your best chance of speaking with someone is to go in person. Called Wells Fargo customer support for some help and they couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Bad customer service.

Veronica Gutierrez1This is the worst Wells Fargo in the East Los Angeles area every time I come here I wait double the time and the tellers must be taking at least 15 to 20 minutes per person the service here should improve in this Community especially.

Richard Velzen1Very seldom do I leave reviews.. but this had to be said. I waited 45 minutes to see a normal teller to make a withdrawal. Both indoor atm’s were not working. Tellers inexperienced and supervisor seemed aloof. How did Wells Fargo let it get so bad?

Rosario Diaz1Horrible branch! I wish I could give 0 stars. I live a mile away and have resorted to go to the branch on Willow Ave. in Long Beach where they offer exceptional customer service. Yes, I rather drive 20miles away vs. dealing with them here in Monterey Park. I've been a customer for many years and I expected to be treated better the two instances where I had emergencies and needed to speak with a banker. They didn't even give me the time of day to explain my situation as the security guard at the front takes your ID and card to ask the bankers if rhey have time. I understand that they work by appointments due to Covid but some life or death emergencies cannot wait 2-3 hours to resolve. Definitely closing my account - enough is enough.

J Arroyo1Went into the bank to get a safe deposit box. Waited for 20 minutes only for them to tell me they needed a manager to sign the documents and the manager had left early. The bank should have had another manager available. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vanity Vasquez1The women that work here in the morning when they are all gathered up care more about social hour than doing their job assisting people. The whole bank dose not want to hear about your personal lives just because someone you know walks up to a window. An older gentleman put in a complaint and instead of addressing the situation you gossiped about it even louder in the bank where everyone can hear. Extremely unprofessional.

Jessica Rodriguez1I spoke to a tall heavy set representative, I did not get his name. But before I was able to ask what I needed he told me he was not on the floor and was actually covering for his friend because he was in the bathroom. Why cover for your co worker if you aren’t willing to actually cover? I told him what I needed. He told me to sit and wait and since I had class soon I asked how long and he asked me what time is my class. When all I asked was how long is the wait. That’s unprofessional I told him I have class soon and he proceeded to guess what time my class was. Instead of saying an estimate wait time he continuted to be a smart aleck and said “And what time is that?” I told him if it’s best I come back later since he wasn’t capable of giving me a time. And of course he said yeah that’s a good idea. That was extremely condescending and rude. I did not want to be late to class or deal with his unprofessionalism. I ended up going to a different branch. I shouldn’t have to hop around to different banks to hope for better service. What a waste of my time to be treated in such a rude manner. This is exactly why I don’t like walking inside branches. 9/10 there are careless representatives that offer services I don’t need or lack basic manners & professionalism. I thought things would get better after changing their objectives. But the customer service is getting worse and worse. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years why is it so hard to find decent customer service? The quality of service matters. Any given time I’ve walked in here there’s always a wait. There’s so many cubicles but no one to help. It’s either someone is on lunch or it’s on their time. They’re missing the mark and forgetting each and every person that walks in there is a valuable customer. Don’t treat people disrespectful the whole experience was terrible and I’m pretty sure it will continue being that way. I thought having many Wells Fargo locations near me would be enough to stay with Wellsfargo but what’s the point of having so many branches if those who represent Wellsfargo are unwilling to assist and the only effort given is to be inconsiderate and careless as possible.
