  THE WORST!!! the branch has been closed but the 24hr ATM has been open. for at least a month the ATM has not accepted deposits or has been out of order all together! the next closest branch is a $35 uber ride away I have to change banks because these idiots cannot maintain one ATM

  Why is this bank closed? I have to go to drug alley to get service now? Why is there a banner across the street that says they hate bank of america? I'm going to have to switch to chase. Why is fraud so rampant with boa debit cards? This is the problem with big banks, they take up prime real estate, and just have an atm and no actual service. Its just one sole atm as well. This companies physical presence is a Mickey Mouse operation.

  I had a great experience opening an account here. Did not wait long, was walked through everything. Everyone from the teller on up was friendly and made sure I understood everything and had what I needed. Little things like greetings when I walked in and out were the icing on the cake. Felt like a small bank with the benefits of a big institution!

  +1 to bad customer service. They are pleasant but EXTREMELY slow and never have more than one teller working, no matter how long the line. The customer is their least priority. They will be chatting, counting money BY HAND (!), etc., looking you right in the eye but not step up to the next window to speed up the process. There is no parking ever, people have to doublepark, and they also closed at night and on week-ends, making it impossible for a working person to use their services.

  Terrible customer service, goto any other branch. They are not capable of exchanging bills that came out of their own arm.

  It's so small bank reps were rude and the room to discuss your personal information with the bank rep is shared between 2 people. Needs to be closed

  The bank manager Mike and all the staff are extremely helpful! If you have to go to Bank of America make it this one!

  Slow as hell, promised some forms sent in two weeks ago, guess what - will have to go back and ask for them again.
