  Andrew and his team were extremely professional and efficient in their work. From getting pre approved to the closing, everything went smoothly for us and the communication along the way helped ease a lot of the stresses that come along with buying a new home.   I worked with Andrew when he was still at PNC and while he has moved since then, I doubt it has made any difference to his level of responsiveness or professionalism. In fact, it hasn't because when I reached out to me again this year (2020) for a question related to refinancing, he was very prompt. The long and short of it is that it would be impossible to more responsive than Andrew. During our house purchase in 2016, I found Andrew responding to my email messages or texts within 15 minutes in most cases and within the same day in all cases. We also got a great rate from him (2.625% for a 15-year mortgage) and the closing process went very smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew.

  Andrew was great with helping us get a great deal on a mortgage back in 2018. As a first time home buyer he was able to find some good first time home buyer programs that we could take advantage of. The process was quick and any questions we had were answered promptly. Andrew also reached out in 2019 when interest rates dropped to help us refinance. We did the math and was a great deal. We recommend Andrew if you're looking for someone who will help make the house buying process much more enjoyable.

  Initially began my mortgage process with BOA (Bank of America), after a horrible experience with them, I turned to Andrew. Since BOA wasted about a month’s worth of my time, I was up against the closing date. Andrew gave me a quick loan estimate and promised that he would get the loan approval done on time. He was able to get me a final approval in about a month and closing went smoothly. Andrew is also highly responsive, answering text messages and phone calls even on weekends! Being a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who will walk you through the mortgage process!
