      Streamline Solutions is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The incompetency not only by the employees but the owners as well is completely astonishing. I purchased my home from them in October of 2016 and they were responsible for my Homeowner's Association. Throughout the past year and a half we have had numerous issues that have gone unresolved by Streamline. Multiple contacts at the location stated that they were "working on resolving the issues" but nothing has been done. Most recently they hired a company to handle this HOA management but neglected to resolve our issues prior to this change as they had promised. After sending multiple emails with no response I contacted Streamline only to be told by Lauren Corrado that we were "only a duplex" essentially implying we weren't important to Streamline. She then asked me what it would cost to make this "go away". All I wanted was for my issues to be resolved that they promised they would handle. Nothing has been done instead they have just pushed this off and admitted that they had been blatantly ignoring us. This is completely unacceptable as we are their client and we pay them a management fee.

      My experience was mixed but we definitely had issues with the level of craftsmanship for what you can’t see within the house. Even though they use high-end finishes and everything looks nice, the quality behind the walls is 50/50 since they hire fast and cheap subs. You might get lucky but most likely something was done wrong b/c they didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care b/c they were doing it fast. The warranty crew were attentive during the warranty period but will band-aid fix what they can, until the warranty is over (caulking seems to fix everything). They usually don’t want to bring back the subcontractor to do the job correctly, since they only budget enough to fix common settling issues. The warranty guys will fix bigger items if you push enough, but if it’s not part of their past trade experience, they’ll probably do it wrong. In the end, you’re stuck with fixing it yourself if you want it done right. Be advised, stay away from their homes if it’s a long term investment, there will be issues in the future. Their quality control behind the walls is incompentent and somewhat non-existing.

      The employees here are extremely corrupt. After submitting a warranty request the warranty team told me the issues (leaks, broken doors, malfunctioning appliances, and drywall falling off) is not covered under the warranty. I wrote a negative review and was reached out to by a warranty team member screaming at me and threatening me saying they won’t honor any warranty issue unless I took down the negative review and wrote a positive one. How dare they try to force me into writing a positive review and threaten to ignore all warranty requests? Very bad people and product

      My husband and I are recent empty nesters and are downsizing from the suburbs to the city and want to share our experience with one in particular real estate agent who works for the builder Streamline. His name is Chris Ambrogi he was extremely helpful in the process of our new construction and we are eagerly awaiting our completion.       I purchased a home from Streamline within the last year. The employees here are terrible. They won’t fix a single issue with the warranty and will take forever to respond. The house was delivered 6 months late as it was and ended up with a lemon. Leaks after leaks after leaks and no response from warranty them who leave you in the dark

      I am the owner of Allstates Search and Abstract Co. Inc. and have been doing settlements for 25+ years, this was my first at Streamline. What a great experience ! Everyone at the office seemed genuinely happy to be there and wanted to help. (not always the case!) My settlement coordinator Michael Jessie could not have been more professional. The closing went off without a hitch . Along with the help of Shane Weicberger from Contour Mortgage Corp., I know our mutual customers Mr. Smyth and Ms. Morales could not have been happier. Would highly recommend Streamline to any prospective buyers.
