  Horrible customer service!! They lie about wait times and basically refuse service! The supervisor needs to be fired he’s incompetent and a compulsive liar when it comes to meeting the customers needs and what they are capable of doing in the branch! He is constantly encouraging you to contact customer service!

  Almost 2 or more times I been in this place... i never experienced bad customer service, both of the people are nice... like today’s taler was very helpful and perfect for the job... so in my opinion this are the place I recommend...

  This bank is the worst ever bank I have been to, I tried to open account and it was hectic - very unprofessional people there. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go to this branch. I went this place three times with no success.

  The worst customer service. Not a single customer in the bank but they cant talk to me about my account without an appointment.

  I deposited 2 different checks from insurance companies. The teller said the funds would be available in 2 days and they were not. The supervisor called the bank the check came from and the funds were clear but that was not what I was told from the supervisor. My account was put on fraud alert and now I am wondering if it because I am black!!! I'm sure...

  New manager at this location is so helpful and knowledgeable! ! Takes care of all your banking needs very quickly and with a smile. Thank you for being you and doing such a great job!!!

  Terrible service! Applied for account 6 month Avg balance statement. Never recieved it. No one answers the phone. Had to follow up in person and it was not ready even after 8-10 days.

  This was our go to place for years. Unfortunately lately, they've been holding checks for no reason when our company NEVER struggled with that before. They have also been EXTREMELY RUDE when we ask for answers as to why the delays. Or we ask them to do something and they get mad and get an attitude, like its YOUR JOB. If u dont like it find a new one but stop being rude to your customers!!

  Came in for an appointment at 11:30 and watch ppl come in after me get service before me and I was told To wait an extra 20 min

  Rude customer service from employees (Alan), incompetent 'manager' (Juli). Wells Fargo has more locations, Online banks have better rates. Closing account after 12 years as a customer.
