  I have been a member here for 10 years I've had a home equity loan , car loan and my daughter has a savings acnt. After using the Change Machine ,the attendant told me I had to have a checking account in order to use that machine. Poor customer service in my eyes.

  People working are nice but this Bellco is so slow!! Numerous times I've waited 10 minutes in the drive through teller window only to find one person working it when they have four teller lanes. And I understand they may not need a full staff on a Monday afternoon, but it took me 30 minutes to cash a check. Ridiculous.

  I haven’t banked with Bellco in over 7 years. I don’t have any accounts with them, and now all of a sudden I have a 90 plus late payment on my credit report for $0?! I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to talk to someone. No help whatsoever. Worst bank ever. They used to be great, I don’t know what happened.

  The only reason this bank doesn't get five stars is because of the obnoxious security guard. I entered the bank, speaking on the phone and as any sane person would I stepped into the lobby to finish my conversation. he rudely interjected into my conversation. He continued to speak over the person on the phone,stood there for my entire conversation, and then requested both my I.D and my bellco debit card. That being said, my teller and a couple of the bankers went above and beyond to try and aid me. So thank y'all very much for that. It's a shame that such an overly aggressive security guard would make this visit so unpleasant.

  Shysters!!!!! Do not use this institution at all costs! They are professional rip off artists and play the game on behalf of your hard earned money! No such thing as a quarter of a star and that's too much!!! Tell a friend!

  Always a great branch, friendly, efficient and clean. People on here that complain about the wait and reference people “sitting around” need to realize that not everyone in a bank can help you with typical “banking needs”. People in offices don’t do teller or banker work so don’t act like they are the reason you have to wait! Only specific job descriptions can help you with specific things in a bank so calm down and wait your turn. Also-doesn’t Jessica Swanson (review below) realize it is extremely illegal to post unauthorized photos of the inside of a bank? Not to mention non-consenting employees? Didn’t you hear about the lady that went to court over a disappearing snapchat without consent? Google needs to ban her from reviews, she is a security liability, putting the bank and its employees at risk.

  Fastest, easiest, best deal on a loan I've ever had. Every person I dealt with at this branch was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We did run into a snag with the loan but they got it cleared up by the next day and they even stayed late to get the paperwork done with me. Its been over a year and not a single issue with them. Very happy.

  Another one star review. Tried to open an account here. The security guard was on his personal cell phone and didn't even notice that i had walked in and signed a paper directly in front of him. Next took a seat in the lobby which was dirty, lettuce and onion scraps left in a chair from a previous customer eating in the lobby. Waited in the lobby with 5 kids under the age of 12 then an employee emerged to introduce her relatives (the kids) to another staff member after their casual conversation the employee strolled over to the other side of the bank and leaned against a doorway while having yet another conversation with a different employee. I asked the employee for assistance and she responded, "I'm talking to my manager, I'll be with you in a few minutes". So I left. No need to start a business relationship with unprofessional employees and a manager who sits behind a glass wall and doesn't manage anything.

  Went in the tellers were super rude and rolled their eyes, then on top of the the security guard tried to talk to me but I was on the phone so asked him to hold on a minute and he sighed and shrugged as loud as he could and threw his arms up in the air like a temper tantrum. Won't be returning, and that's a shame because I needed a bank and this one was the closest to my home.

  I have been a Bellco member my entire life, as my parents set up my account when I was born. I wouldn't choose anything different. Today I had the pleasure of working with Lilly and she was an absolute delight. She reminded me why I am proud to be a Bellco member.
