  Went in needing a banker because of a problem with an express send. Did not even let me decide if I wanted to wait the 30 minutes. She right away said they couldn’t help me because they were busy and I could just call and do the same thing a banker would. I then told her I wanted to open another checking account as well and she told me to just come back another day because all bankers were busy.

  Horrible service they make you wait outside for your turn yet done enforce any kind of code. They make you scan a barcode to wait your turn yet people are walking in with no appointments and help them out was waiting outside well over an hour to which they said would be 15 minutes finally went in and they helped me. Pathetic!!!!

  Had a very bad experience at this branch. The manager is Crystal and she treated me very poorly over an issue with my accounts. Her district manager Derrick Fuller and his assistant Stephanie Phillips were also involved and I was treated very unprofessionally by them as well. Horrible customer service at this branch and at several others in Aurora including the branch at 2550 S. Parker Road (manager is Lana Gindin). Can't seem to find a banker at either branch who can understand you if your primary language is English. Thankfully there are other banks out there who welcome and appreciate their loyal customers. Would not recommend that anyone waste their time or money with this branch or with Wells Fargo. Good riddance Wells Fargo!

  This is worse bank I ever been wast my time. And rude people I don’t why this place still operates if they don’t want help people

  Monday morning business. You would think they would staff according. Three tellers with no sense of urgency to get customers in and out. I waited over 20 minutes in line. Ended up leaving. Not a happy customer!!!

  Please do not come to this place. horrible service, they have several open spaces without personal . Every time I am here the person in the lobby no matter who is talking with someone and is not taking care about the costumers. I will change my bank account to another bank.

  I will never visit this branch again. They are understaffed and the lines/wait time is excessively long. There is a lack of urgency from the employers to assist customers.

  I asked teller number 3 if they were going to open the drive up tellers she said they they closed two years ago. I don't know what that means other than they are ok with there customers waiting in line outside for up to an hour outside to do our banking!!!? Maybe they need that money for bonuses!!?! On Havana/Mississippi

  Meenu is a great lady she went above and beyond to help me with her friend that works with her even stayed late for lunch to finish what I needed help with awesome laddies thankyou
