  Great service Great way to start driving. Any car beats walking n the snow and rain. Everything comes with a Warranty. Low Down Payments and they are Always having fun n there. Saw them do a dance competition today vs customers!!!! The old white guy WON!!!!

  Came in with terrible credit, only $200 down and not a good feelong about a niy here pay here car lot. I walked out with a VERY NICE 2010 Ford Fusion! Cory was a big help thought the process, definatley recommend him if you come here.

  Very dissappointed in these people i have been haveing a car with these people for only 8 months. The car has been unable to start for 3 months almost. I told them from beginning the car had a misfire they sent me to sheridan auto tech and they claimed the car was fine. Then i kept driving for a while then let carhop know the car was haveing trouble. Carhop tells me to take it back to the shop. I take it back and still the same response, "The car is fine". After being told several times the car is okay and nothing was wrong i still kept taking it to their shops back and forth. Then finally the car gave out. Now i am told the car has a blown head gasket, needs spark plugs, vavle cover and coils. Mind you my warranty says that Carhop will cover and replace parts that deal with the engine, the transmission and also the drive axle. So Carhop said they are not going to cover anything because it is not in my warranty. Clearly i have my signed document where it says my warranty covers the vehicle for 18 months or beyond 18000 miles! I only had this car for 8 months! Why do they expect someone to pay on a car every week that is not even working and they will NOT FIX IT under my warranty? Carhop is a joke and it's not fair that they are not following their end of the contract but i am.

  Edit to previous post... They were very fast and friendly because they were selling us a p o s . The car has engine, transmission air conditioning problems. Control arms need to be replaced. Rear tires are going bad because of control arms. We asked to get a different car two days after we got the car. They talked us into taking it to get it fixed but told us the only shops they worked with were in Greeley and Aurora we are in Longmont most of the time. The shops they said had no openings. A week passed Found out they had a shop in longmont. Took it in found out about 6 major things need repair. Now they say its too late to return it. Say they will only fix two things and we have to pay for the labor!!!

  Every part of this buying experience was simple and quick. the staff was good about explaining to me my car payment and what would be the best fit for me. So glad I chose to go here to purchase my 2006 Toyota Corolla :) thanks guys you helped me get back on the road
