  The staff here was so courteous and helpful. There was no hassle or stress about coming to them at all which. It's not the average place, I drove across town because of good reviews, and can see why so many people left good reviews. Definitely recommend this place.

  I was in the marker for a topper for my car to hold snowboards to go to the mountains. And these guys hooked me up there. They gave me an incredible deal helped me set it up and were very nice.

  Real stand up guys. They're transparent and work with you to give you a fair deal. I highly reccomend stopping here if you're considering selling or buying. Great selection of electronics, arms, jewelry and instruments.

  Hello my name is Darius harris a former employee of this pawn shop. I was recently fired. I was openly mocked in front of a customer by the assist manager there named Justin. I Called the Main manager James to inform him i needed to leave and a meeting with human resources was nesssarcy for me to return, to which James saids ok. Rather then the meeting taking place i was fired because they think i just left w/o informing anybody of my intentions which isnt true but theres no proof just my word vs James word, Thats fine, its how i was handled after is why im writing this. If you ever been fired from a job you know they usually have your last paycheck almost immediately.i asked when can i get my last paycheck The h.r lady Bobby lynch told me next pay cycle as if i was still employed there, Well Colorado state law saids u have 6 hours from the time of termination to pay final hours before a law is broken. When i inform ms lynch of this she said take it up with the department of labor, which i did. The department of labor informed me yes it true and even tho they are currently breaking labor laws they wont be fined till 14 days out. Its a delayed penalty loophole to cover small businesses so they dont have to unexpectedly part with expenses if they CHOOSE (keyword) not to. This is also why employees there are only payed on the 14th and 28th to stay within that 14 day loophole no matter what day your fired. The H.r lady was fully aware of this.The labor representive said its very unethical for a business to do this but theres nothing i can do. These are things you should keep in mind before doing business there or more importantly filling out a application. p.s corporate employeed write fake reviews to fluff up bad reviews for other stores so dont believe all you see in the reviews for all the store.

  Darius, We wish you would have contacted HR with your concerns as you agreed to do in your hiring paperwork. HR would have listened to your concerns and advised you of all your options; then you might have made a decision for a more desirable outcome. It is unfortunate that you chose to walk off the job during your shift. Most businesses (as well as the labor board) view that as job abandonment. You were not fired, and HR was never contacted by you with your concerns. We do wish you the best.

  I called them to ask if they would buy a paintball gun. They said they wanted to see it and they would just not sure how much. when I got there they informed me I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT co2 (even though I called earlier) and they said if I could show them it worked they'd have bought it for 15 (the cost of the air) So these guys completely wasted my time and money. Don't support them.

  I came in and received horrible treatment and basically got laughed out by more than just who was helping me. Their employee team took 5 minutes to get to me and there was only one other shopper.

My team and I are a little curious about the details around your experience (we seem unaware of this happening - our store is so small that we are usually pretty darn attentive to our customers). Usually in our Parker Road store, 3 to 4 people say hello when you walk into the store. At any rate, we are going to make sure this type of treatment never happens in our establishment. No one should have to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged!!

  Do not buy at this pawn shop, especially if you are buying jewelry. The guy tested the supposed silver jewelry and lied about the results! It proved not be silver and he told me it was and would not lower the price accordingly. I found out online and at other pawn shops that the acid test proved copper, not silver. Lies and deceit!!!

  My first time in here to get a loan..every person that works here is so nice. I talked w everyone and they interacted w my kid too...fantastic cust service!! I will def be back anytime i want to loan something or buy from a pawn shop
