They don't have a people to help customers for their banking needs. During their lunch time not everyone should have lunch together. They should always have one person to help customers. But instead they put up a written sign saying sorry for the inconvenience. This is what they really meant sorry can't help you.

The people here never answer the phone. They don’t understand how banks hold money. Honestly the worst branch I’ve dealt with for being a customer for 6+ years. I want change in this branch! Their attitude towards you is depressing.

I tried to open an account here, only because my wife has an account with Bank of America. Of course she hasn't used this branch. I'm disabled and standing for long times causes pain. I had to stand in line to get to teller for Almost 15 min. once there she couldn't help me and told me I needed to talk to someone else. Told me to wait in the waiting area for someone to come to me. I sat there for well over 45 min. Seen all kinds of people that came in after I did get served while I waited. I started thinking if this is how they treat someone trying to open an account. Can't imagine what it would be like once an account holder. I left with nothing done. Not looking back either.

This 19th location in Lubbock, has honestly the best customer service. Love my loan officer Samantha Cantu. I really feel valued every time I walk in. They have convient student accounts that most banks don't have. They really work with student who have no credit build credit. And now I even have a car loan with Bank of America. Just wish they didn't close at 4pm.

      Response from the owner

Hello Shaylyn. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Samantha was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^mark

Do not trust this bank! First of all if something goes through the account and you tell them to not let it go through they let it go through anyways regardless if you have money in your account first of all secondly when you call to straighten things out the bankers over the phone are rude so is management and you tell them reverse charges that you didn't have money to cover it to begin with then they let your account get hacked and when you try to straighten that out they laugh at you basically and refuse to help you. I've had so many problems with this bank and soon as I know all of my finances are switched to my new account I will be closing my account and never coming back period!!! Would not recommend this bank to anyone very rude and unprofessional as well as poor management.

One of the worst branches in terms of waiting time for a service like wire transfer or other that need to meet a banker. Please, have more bankers available to help people. Covid is not an execuse any more!!

Wouldn’t let me cash a check from a bank of America without providing 2 forms of ID. Apparently you can’t cash a check with just a driver’s license like every other bank in this town. They screened us before having us step in line to wait and never told us you will need 2 forms of ID to get it cashed. She only asked, do you have your driver’s license, got a fingerprint, and sent us in the line. Once face to face with the back teller, she scanned the Driver’s License then took her time and said well we can’t do this without a 2nd form of ID. Called for management and still couldn’t cash a Bank of America check from Gieco at a Bank of America!!! Walked into Citybank cashed the check and opened an account no problems. Would Never recommend banking with them.

Hi, I didnt know where to leave this but I just had the best experience in your business in Lubbock,Tx at your 19th street location. I was having difficulty reigning in my toddler but one of your staff helped watch my son while another helped me with my deposit. What seemed like forever was only about 5 minutes. She was an amazing help. I didnt catch her name but thank you! And yes the line was long but they were spending maybe 2 to 5 minutes on each customer. Parking was tight but i have a fairly small car.

The location for this bank is difficult to get into, that said they do have after-hours ATM access in the front lobby. You have to be a Bank of America customer to access it with your ATM card. The customer service is typically good here.
