  I didn't quite get the loan I wanted, however, the rates were fantastic and the customer service was even better. I might have been unprofessional, but they sure weren't! I hope the future's bright with Alliance!

  I worked with Mary regarding opening a credit card account with Alliance she made the process seamless. This is the start to my relationship with Alliance. I do not see myself turning back from here.

  This branch location has been helpful to me for years now. Susan is one of the best I've dealt with throughout Lubbock, she's always there to help with a positive attitude. Recently, I was introduced to Andrew Marmolejo at this branch and he assisted Susan in completing a task for me. I appreciate the extent these two went in getting the job done. This is why this location is my go-to branch!

  I have visited this place twice. Once was with a friend and the staffing are very hateful and don’t smile. If you are dealing with customers you should smile and greet no matter what kind of day you are having and if you can’t do that then you need to seek another profession. Then I went again through the drive through this time and the guy didn’t smile. These employees need to either be spoken to or something.

  I was very satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy Alyssa Rodriguez shared with me you made me feel comfortable and not fuel ignorant about questions that I was unsure of she answered everything in a professional manner and if there were more people like Alyssa Rodriguez in the banking world as well as any type of professional job this world would be a much better place I am totally satisfied with Alliant Credit Union and the visit I feel comfortable about banking with Alliance and I hope that we can continue our professional relationship very good staff
