  I have been doing my taxes at Angela Hightower Tax Service for a few years. They are great!! Very responsive open and will walk you through every step. Staff is always friendly! Even though I am in Houston, the value of professionalism they offer keeps me coming back to Lubbock! I will always continue my business with them. Love MS. Hightower and her positive energy! COVID has changed the world but I am sure she will have a smile under that mask. See y’all real soon!

  Maria helped me with my holiday advanced. I will never ever go anywhere else. I’ve been to a few tax preparers years back. Not one of them have taken care of me the way Angela and her staff have. Her fees are upfront and reasonable. I love that they know my name when I walk in they make you feel like family. I also enjoy the hot sauce they give every year. I especially loved the gift I got this year.

  Every year as soon as I walk in, I am always greeted kindly. Great office and staff. Adrian has helped with my taxes the last couple of years. He is always very professional and ready to answer any of my questions. Angela always takes the time to greet and thank you. Love this place.

  I've used Angela Hightower Tax Return for many years. I've always recieved the best customer service. I have received courtesy calls before and after my service every year. Every staff I've ever encountered has been pleasant and professional. Angela is always available to chat, laugh and talk. Her personality shines! Angela makes certain that we are always taken care of by her staff. This year we changed tax preparers. We missed our old preparer this year but Angela personally returned my call when I had concerns about using someone new.   Have been going here the past few years and have had no problems at all! They are very friendly and they break everything down for you and let you know exactly what they are charging for their services. They literally let you know what's going on step by step and show you on the screen and then again in the paperwork! Thank you guys for doing a great job!

This is my second year filing via email and I know my information is well protected. Angela Hightower is by far the best place to go. The staff is very friendly and answered my questions promptly!!   Friendly family atmosphere. I was greeted with a smile, good morning, how are you, when I walked in the door. Even from those that have nothing to do with my taxes. The wait is not long, and I notice they treat everyone that walks in the door the same way. Multi-cultural, by-lingual, they make sure the client feels welcome and appreciated. They even took the time to tell me I don't make enough to even file a return. That's sad, but, they gave me a back pack and some homemade hot sauce. Gotta say, that's the best hot sauce, and a very friendly experience. Thank you Angela! I recommend them highly.
