Thanh Pham1I deposited a pretty large amount of cash today (I counted at home couple times before coming). Even the lady used the money-count machine to confirm, it shows up $20 less than what I counted. I doubt that she hides 1 bill of $20 before inserting the money into the machine because I’m very sure I counted it right . After she said it’s $20 short, I asked her to hand me the money and I count again. I was right. She then put in the machine again and now shows up the correct amount. I know it can be machine error. But my instinct shows else, she looks very suspicious (she didn’t look at me straight to my eyes but look away). Also, the way they place the machine is very ridiculous: far at the back and away from the front desk, hiding at the corner which is very hard to see. I’m glad that I have good eyes. An advice for everyone: please count your cash in front of the staff before giving it to them. Don’t not count your money before coming since you are not gonna know how much they take away from you if they do. Or else you can go to a different bank. I’m not gonna indicate a specific bank since I would sound like promoting that bank. But just want you to not have negative experience or lose money from here

Jas Xiang1ATM’s here ALWAYS malfunction. On 2 occasions in the past, I made a cash withdrawal where it charged me twice for the cash even though I only withdrew once. So I basically lost an equivalent amount of money to that I withdrew. And you know chase customer service is a pain in the rear to deal with. Of course they didn’t believe me both of those times it happened so it took me weeks to finally get my money back which is extremely irritating. It could have all been avoided with functional ATMs though. Long wait times too. Some employees are more helpful than others

Emily Walker5Brad was the most helpful person I have spoken to yet!! I recently moved to TX and was still trying to work with a Chase location back in CA regarding my business and was having sooooo much difficulty due to the lack of caring(long story) but Brad at the Lubbock location picked up my call immediately and was able to get me in contact with someone who I am looking forward to speaking with soon!! Thank you Brad!

Jermaine Be1This whole branch might as well just be an ATM. You could literally print your own dollar bills in the time you’re waiting to be helped. Go here only if you need to use an ATM.

Royce Johnson5Got to the location with a problem that I caused with my own negligence. Looking like a mismatched mess since I just threw clothes on. I had assumed the problem would be quick enough that I would be in at 4:45 and out by 5 when they closed but I managed to hold them up until about 5:25 while they helped me deal with this issue with smiles on their faces and making pleasant conversations. While the issue didn't get 100% resolved since it was out of their control, I appreciate them assisting me as much as they could this evening.

Jeffrey Koch1Customer service/support have become nonexistent and external ATMs are often broken or out of cash. Every branch visit takes enormous amount of time. Great national network, been with them 10 years, but would never recommend Chase if you live/work in Lubbock.

Gideon1My card had become demagnetized and I went in to physically order a new one to my new address, as changing your address on the app requires you to go in to meet a chase rep. However after showing my I.D. as well as writing down my new address my card was sent to my old address in Dallas, thankfully my parents still live there but, for all chase knew they sent my card to a perfect stranger.

renae luebano5I’ve been with the bank for many years. 10/10 would ALWAYS recommend over any other bank. I started my account in Dallas. So when I moved back home I was pretty upset I have to drive an hour just to pull out money from my bank. Since they’ve opened this bank I’ve been quite a few times a month. And have just the best experience like I was back in Dallas. I was seeing how other banks do people in Lubbock and I’m just so thankful Chase is now here!

Allen Ikemba1Why is it that big banks think customer service is outdated? Have had an act 12+ yrs and have asked for a Chase in Lubbock; finally get one and I'm treated as if I'm not wanted to be helped. This is bad, especially coming from a banker from another institution. To all the one stars I guarantee you will get better service at the bank I work at.

Jennifer Uchebo1Don’t bother opening an account. They falsely advertise that you would get $200 into your checking account when you transfer your direct deposit within 60 days. Well I did that back in September and it’s November and I still haven’t gotten it. They claim I didn’t enter a coupon code when I open my account online which I know I did 🙄 Anyway just had to vent. I’m dissatisfied with their service and im closing my account. If I were you, I won’t waste my time with this people!!!
