Rene Stevens5I found a diamond that I loved; however it was set in a ring and I wanted it in a pendant. Isabel quickly let me know that they could make it for me. I explained what I wanted and Isabel took a picture of a similar pendant I already had. With a couple hickups, which Isabel, Lloyd, and Maggie managed to work out, I now have my beautiful necklace! I'm extremely impressed with the customer service!!!!
